In the long term, it is only worth noting that the price is maintaining a bearish trend, since it started in the swing from the lows (22-december-2021). It has fallen by -62.6%, from £10.03p to £3.75p. The lows of the quote were registered 15 sessions ago, without any signs of stability or a change in trend in the quote.

Charles is now CR888 and sadly has driven most people away from this board to another one. We did try, but he simply refuses to keep posting the same old, same old. . . so they all left!

I'm not saying that this can't bounce back (+£1.50p to £2?) fairly fast, BUT it now has to PROVE its worth. Previously, it has been gifted its elevated status, but not any more. It just needs strong numbers, or the dark forces, will be waiting in the wings. We can but wait for the vital Q2 update, to help restore the unfortunate reputational damage, that has occurred during this quarter. . .

I don't actually hold any shares in AET, but they are just an excellent example of how you simply cannot approach the Stock Market with a 'logical' hat on; it will mainly get you in the end. . . it's often not dissimilar to a Fruit Machine in a pub. You just end up ploughing your winnings back in, and go home with empty pockets. Good for a larf though!

the game is indeed a game. BooHoo is valued at the sum of its annual sales! Ignore all the millions in the bank!! OR if you prefer: a company called Afentra Plc is valued at c.£32m....but it has over £42m sat happily as 'cash at bank' - and virtually no debt!! BONKERS. Then again, its nominated 'Advisers' - are Peel Hunt!!

yes, I don't doubt that this can spin round quickly but the numbers MUST stack up or the score will remain Peel Hunt 1 Darktrace 0. Nothing like a good half-time pep talk to turn things around. If Poppy needs another hairdryer, my wife can lend her one.

it's a bit more nuanced than that, as DT has been falling consistently, since early October. It is, in my opinion, nerves with regard to growth and profit. The Q2 Update is crucial to help allay (revenue/customer retention/margins etc.) fears, which could spark a rout. To be fair though, it is not at all uncommon for an infant company, that's just experienced a totally over the top, over-hyped market debut. . .'it is what it is' as they say.

Q1 Update was held on October 13th 2021 - so one must assume that the next update will be next month. It will be more important than normal, as the downgrade by Peel Hunt will need to be 100% disproved. If good, then we're on our way again. If not, then it will get a little messy! It's anyone's guess, so we will just have to sit tight and cross our fingers; as only DT can know. . . ATB

Exactly Sanchez. The heady 'New Kid on the Block' IPO days are long since over now. It's ALL going to come down to the results. DT is going to have to prove its worth; and it appears that the Market is saying "go on then, prove us wrong, as we're not convinced". I can hear the bums squeeking already!!

Thank heavens, we are not reading any more silly £10+ predictions, from the likes of Charles any more. This is struggling to hold on to £4, let alone climb to £5 - which does seem to now be a bit of a stretch for the foreseeable. I like many here now I suspect, am a little concerned that these are not rising 'in anticipation' of their results. They will all start cutting their Target Prices now, as £9/£10 was laughable.

Ndn - yes, I’ll give you that one! A slight exaggeration!! - BUT this is a risky investment still. I’m only in, to the tune of £15,800, but that’s small fry for me. Why? Because, if the numbers are not 110% excellent, then this will tank - fast. The market, here in the UK, just loves to kill companies like DT. It’s a very high risk investment until, maybe £2.50p. Hope not, as that will be a 50% loss for me - but still a small amount, compared to some very over-invested (in my opinion) people here. But I would not bet against that figure, if the numbers are not mega strong. This is being sold down ‘in anticipation’ which is concerning. . . . I sincerely hope the results are good.

The Theranos “fake it until you make it” trial will not have helped. This share is, at best, a speculative gamble. I have £15,800 ‘invested’ in DT and I will not be adding, as it’s just way too risky. Charles has NEVER told us how much he has invested (if anything) , so - even if you don’t like my (sensible) bearish view, then certainly do not listen to his commentary. This could be £3 this month, very easily - so be very careful with your money folks. ATB

Seems to me that Peel Hunt were right. The other two were wrong. Simple! This may not rise above £5 this year and could quite easily fall to £3. It's still expensive even at £4. Insiders are clearly off-loading and us mugs, are left holding the baby - as usual! Luckily, I make £2,500 for every +1p on Lloyds, so DT's terrible showing here doesn't hurt much....(that's why I didn't go in too hard here, as it's very much an unproven company still). It's a total 'tech punt' this one but, I for one, don't expect to see the Berenberg £10 any time at all during 2022. . .

Do not post today if it is anything relating to MA'S, what price institution's have previously bought in at or matter relating to ML. It's all been done to death and has gone beyond tediously repetitive. Charles please just stop watching this share all day long, as you have lost any perspective. To be fair Charles, you really do need to stop ramming the £5.80p etc. down everyone throats EVERY day. You must have referred to it 60+ times, at least.
