And there you have it. A draw! It has closed at EXACTLY 308.80. Which just so happens to be the 'Trading Resistance' that I mentioned, to a single digit. Well, who would have thought it! Good Night Folks :)

I wrote this at 07:14am today - "fingers crossed, for another nudge upwards today". In my head, I was thinking of a rise of between 2p & 3p (hence the word 'nudge'). So, for me at least, today has gone well and as I had hoped. That said, there is still 40 minutes of trading left in the day, so there maybe a bit more to come? It's been nip and tuck today for sure.

If ever you wanted to see what a proper trading resistance (TR) point looks like, this is it - in action! They have been slugging it out for an hour now, with TR currently 'just about' keeping RR in check! 303.8 holds for now.

AstonBows - you are talking about the luxury car manufacturer. It is owned by BMW and has nothing at all to do with Rolls Royce Plc the British multinational aerospace and defence company. They are most certainly not one and the same!

That's correct. RYCEY is its ticker on the NASDAQ. Keep an eye on that later today when the US Market opens and it will come to life!

Ps I particularly like it for its 'Technicals' which have certainly aided me over the years; as I have found them to be correct 85% of the time - which is good enough for me! (and certainly a better percentage than I could muster!).

Well yes, I use the Barclays platform myself, where I can deep-dive into the markets and particular stocks. But for anyone that does not wish to pay a monthly amount (value of portfolio dependent) then google is still a very good place to find out as much as many investors would require. . . and it's free!

Charle151107 y - literally if you google RR NYSE it will come up with a few options for you to click on. Then you will be able to see live time and, like this morning, where the NYSE and any constituents therein, closed on the day. Hope that helps. . .

I don't think it will reach 312 today myself. Not after yesterdays showing. We shall see at about 16.50 this evening!

Early doors still!

Trading Resistance (308.83) has gone now......at least as at 08.03am it has!

Resistance 1 is 322.97

Resistance 2 is 343.97

Happy to say that the NYSE (along with the NIKKEI) has continued its strong performance last night (it's been on a roll since November) leaving RR up over 3.2% at close of play. Early doors to predict here (but at least I'm not waiting for the market to have been open for an hour or two, like someone else does!), but the LSE 'should' follow suit today (FTSE Futures currently trading up 30 points). Personally, I don't see profit taking getting in the way either, after yesterday's strong showing and fully expect RR to dovetail with the wider market. Fingers crossed, for another nudge upwards today then (Trading Resistance has moved up to 308.83). . . ATB 😃

Yes, it's currently up, as I write 3.49% on the NYSE. Looks favourable for tomorrow at this point . . .😃

Close price is 305.20.

Now we see if it can hold on at 'just'above the Resistance 1 mark shown in my previous post. Tomorrow will be intriguing for sure. ATB
