Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Your wife is actually quite a good laugh Rodster, when she's allowed to let her hair down. She's a bit worried about you ****ing away the savings gambling on mining companies you've got no understanding of though.
Comeonsres, that RNS shows PC was negotiating for well over a year. It says they announced talks began in dec 2020, and were finally dropped in march 2022. 15 months.
There isnt enough cash to last through another negotiation that long
"You see history doesn't lie. It repeats and now is the time to do the same again."
It doesn't always repeat though. Companies eventually run out of money (as this company is), and eventually can't find any more investors to pump money in. I think that point is close.
This is what you claim to believe Aviator, but when the share price has plunged in the past you've been very chuffed about selling up in time without tipping off others.
Your hypothesis seems to be that shares like SRES just fluctuate forever like a sine wave, and you can trade them with technical analysis for a profit indefinitely. I think you're very wrong about this. The sine wave comes to an end when the final placing fails. And they do eventually fail.
‘Worst case 50 million’ this is really dangerous wishful thinking.
No mine is worth the simple sum of expected tonnes of mineral at market price. There’s a massive discount for time preference and risks like labour disputes, fluctuations in demand or costs, environmental regs changing etc..
The worst case here is that the potential buyers see the cash position and circle waiting for sres to go bust so they can acquire the assets for even less than current stock market cap.
Icebank has repeatedly announced he was sure a deal was imminent over the last 2 years, as have many of you. So no, I don’t assume he’s tongue in cheek.
The post you quote from me is all contingent on commercial leadership capable of brokering a deal, Aviator. I’ve changed my view because it finally became clear to me that we don’t have that. I also don’t believe people will buy placings forever, and cash is short.
"I used my trusted abacus and came up with £1 a share, and seeing that I am the proud owner of a certain investors lucky under crackers I don’t think I could be wrong"
That's you, August 13th 2021.
It's probably easy for you to forget you said this stuff, because you're *really* sucked in to Aviator's mad little pied-piper dream that this dying company is about to make you a fortune.
"I’m more of a research guy"
Your 'research' told you that SRES already had a mine up and running. Your 'research' had you confident of an impending deal this time last year. Your 'research' also suggested £1 a share as a target price. lmao
More nonsense claireviator. I have no interest in buying back in, nor am I whitematter.
Icebank, I’m well aware I don’t speak for everybody. I’m not the kind of muppet who posts 3 or 4 posts in a row in a desperate attempt for attention and a vain attempt to build a cult of personality.
