Key metrics measured during the launch weekend are matching those of global market leaders in the free-to-play PC games market. nDreams, a virtual reality ("VR") videogames developer and publisher, will release its first major game, The Assembly, as a launch title for Playstation VR on 13 October 2016. The day one release of The Assembly on Playstation VR is well positioned to take advantage of the opportunities presented by this new platform, as Sony's new device is expected to have the largest installed base of any high-end VR headset in the run-up to the peak Christmas period. In addition, nDreams has announced the planned publication of Danger Goat, a launch title for Daydream, Google's new platform for high-quality mobile VR which was revealed as part of Google's showcase event on 4 October 2016. nDreams has also been named alongside the BBC as one of four European founding members of The British Academy of Film and Television Arts ("BAFTA") VR Advisory Group. This follows on from the launch of The Assembly, on Oculus Rift and HTC Vive on 19 July 2016, which achieved the number one ranking in the Oculus store. Soccer Manager, a developer of online football management games, launched its latest single player game, Soccer Manager 2017, for PC, Android and iOS on 12 September 2016. The company has also begun development of an app, Soccer Manager Arena, which is currently in Beta testing mode. Soccer Manager is now seeking to build on the strong interest it has seen from potential Chinese publishing partners in order to penetrate the Chinese mobile gaming market, currently the largest in the world. The company is engaged in discussions with a number of potential partners and sees an exciting opportunity for growth in this region. Mercia has been instrumental in building and supporting its investee companies as they establish commercial traction and continue to generate revenues. New investment into innovative healthcare company, Medherant Mercia Technologies PLC (AIM: MERC), which is focused on the creation, funding and scaling of innovative technology businesses with high growth potential from the UK regions, is pleased to announce a new direct investment of £650,000 into Medherant Limited ("Medherant" or the "Company"). Medherant is a novel transdermal patch drug delivery system company, and this investment brings another opportunity with high growth potential into Mercia's portfolio of direct investments. Mercia's investment is part of a syndicated £1.5million fundraising round which will support taking the Company's patches through the Good Manufacturing Practice and pre-clinical work required to start clinical work and to enable the early commercialisation of its technology. Medherant, an IP-rich spinout from the University of Warwick, is currently focused on developing its transdermal drug delivery patch, known as the TEPI Patch®, for the widely used pain management drugs Ibuprofen and methyl salicylate, providing consumers with the ability to obtain pain relief for up to 24 hours through easily applied and comfortable patches. The TEPI Patch® will also provide wider drug delivery opportunities across a number of therapeutics areas, including for drug candidates that have failed clinical trials due to unsuitability for oral consumption. As a result of the patch's ease of manufacture, efficient delivery and reduced use of material, the technology also has the potential to remove huge cost burdens from healthcare systems. TEPI Patch® was initially developed within the University of Warwick and incorporates adhesive technology licensed from Bostik, demonstrating the benefit of blue sky thinking when academia and industry come together. This investment is another example of Mercia making a direct investment into an "Emerging Star" originated from its managed third party funds. The investment funnel from third party funds, which was significantly enlarged following the acquisition of Enterprise Ventures Group in March 2016, has now resulted in a total of 26 direct investment technology companies with high growth potential.

The game is currently available for Oculus Rift and HTC Vive, with a PlayStation VR version due to launch later this year. nDreams, one of the leading UK-based games developer and publishers, set out to make The Assembly the most compelling interactive story game available in VR to date, combining realistic graphics with life-like positional audio and an intuitive in-game User Interface. Ahead of its launch on 19 July 2016, the game received excellent preview coverage in international media. Having been in development for more than two years, the launch of The Assembly is a significant step forward for nDreams. Furthermore, it follows the announcement at Google's I/O event in May 2016 that nDreams had been appointed by Google as one of the first developers to make apps and experiences for Daydream, Google's platform for high-performance mobile VR, with two launch titles currently in development. Mercia has invested a total of £3.75 million to date, led by Mercia's Investment Director and former SEGA CEO for Europe and the Americas, Mike Hayes. Enterprise Ventures, which was acquired by the Group in March 2016, had previously provided third party, early stage capital via the Finance Yorkshire Seedcorn Fund, in line with Mercia's Complete Capital model. Following the Transaction, Mercia will hold approximately 18.34% of Concepta PLC directly. This Transaction reinforces the strategic rationale behind Mercia's acquisition of Enterprise Ventures. A key value driver behind the acquisition was to enable Mercia to expand the pipeline of opportunities from which it can make direct investments into business developed over time through its managed third party funds and Concepta is a perfect example of this strategy in action. Concepta is a healthcare company operating in the area of fertility and, more specifically, in the global market segment of unexplained infertility. Concepta's market-ready products target the personalised mobile health market.

Today's price=brexit fears+Istanbul attack Will tick up as people still look for a holiday and OTB can offer a cheap one for everybody.

Anyone knows what caused the share price to jump today? Insider buying?

It's moving up quite fast now. Only two days left before the referendum.

I think it's a panic selling. The share price is unpredictable until the referendum. Could go up as well as down but I strongly believe in Kainos and gonna hold for long time.

I jumped in at 158.56 that's a bargain. Almost 4% yield at current price.Never mind tomorrow price just keep it for years.It will recover anyway.

I may be wrong but don't think PAYS will be affected by 'leave' vote.Don't also believe that it will happen. As I have no better idea I just sit on my hands and do nothing.
