So we've entered marasmatic period again. Share price slowly drifting south accompanied by very low volume typical for FTSE, annoying really. No wander some companies want to move across Atlantic.
Even if Corpay get rejected ALPH will resume share buying from the market which should support the share price somehow. It seems that not many investors buy shares on London's stock market nowadays.
I guess Corpay offered a ridiculously low ball for a start hence the answer. There is no mention in the RNS about the amount. Even without the offer the share price can reach 3500 - 4000 within few years IMO.

Excellent market for us, shareholders. All that noise and unpredictability on a currency market is a boon for Alpha as the companies will try and hedge the value of their export/import in the future. What's more one of the competitors just capitulated (AGFX forced sale).
I hope it is a change of the tide, that pi heard about the new FTSE100 all time highs again and again for a number of days so decided to start pouring some money into the stocks.
I usually don't do this but I just want to remind that few days ago Alpha transferred 234k shares from treasure to employee schemes so they could be back on the market sooner or later and the remaining 100k shares might be granted to directors after long advertised move to premium market. I'm still holding here but I'm simply not as excited, sorry.
I know they say boring is good but it's been boring for very long time. It looks like nobody is interested in British companies anymore and even UK ISA initiative haven't helped much.
