There will be impurities which will give the knockers opportunities so hopefully something to explain how these are manageable at smelter, plus the Rubiales equivalent top-notch recoveries.

Hi Rusty don't claim to be an expert on this but some shorts work for the shorter just by the market moving in their favour. The famous 'Big Short' rode the global recession, Soros has just made a massive bet that the dire state of newspapers will hit Mail Group plus he's got the backup of the economy contracting with Brexit. Sometimes a shorter will just start selling the borrowed stock to drive the price down, as long as they buy them back cheaper they pocket the difference. I have no idea why Polygon started building a position against POG just as everything looks to be coming together but the fact that they have borrowed more on Weds and Fri makes me wonder if they're going to start selling the loaned out stock to try and settle in a better position. Looking at the strong buying generally I hope they're going to struggle but if it works for them could be a great opportunity for PI's to top up as when they do eventually close it will be a big buy signal.

Sorry hadn't seen that when I posted Bricks - see what you're getting at now :) In a way there is a certain logic in our pitiful mcap, not expecting this scenario but if our resource can't be processed for any reason it's worthless. Good mets will be transformational and I fully expect the market to put a realistic value on our asset fast. With comparable peers up to 30x our mcap that might mean suspension. Probably in dreamland now but wouldn't that be sweet to lock out all the cautious watchers thinking they'll get in at 0.05 - 0.1 - 0.15

I really meant (apologetically) while nobody needs reminding that there's heaps more shares about it's the mcap that will indicate progress. From your figures then although the sp was a lot higher management have more than doubled the mcap. No consolation for people like us that brought in back then, my first tranche must have lost over 80%. Massive week coming up, if the mets prove this is mineable then the SP should start moving to reflect our true value, perhaps it's just that I've got the filthiest cold ever and feeling sorry for myself but I just a have a nagging feeling there's still going to be uncertainty. Just for once can it please be a slam dunk result?!?

Total speculation but I think they will have an idea of how it's gone but won't have the full data set until the final report arrives. Further speculation makes me wonder if they might have it but want to work it into a comprehensive model of what it means practically. Even further speculation but I know PI's have contacted EUZ and asked for this so could they be working on something to release at the same time as the actual met report. In conclusion I obviously don't know.

..... Norges bank have reduced - have they just taken profits on the open market or could it be related to the other institutional increases? Sorry for mentioning Putin..... I'll get my coat.
