Cobra I like your sentiment but I don't think this needs the herd swarming in and no doubt back out as quickly as they arrived. I'm hoping this steadily builds with good news until we get a positive outcome later this quarter. I notice today like yesterday the occasional sells are going at an increasing bid - good sign that the mm's are having to up their game to build their stocks up.

I don't think they would RNS a response to social media comment let alone suspend the shares - we would be in and out of suspension a dozen times a day! :) Best guess is there's been a leak about negotiations or even an offer and they had to act quickly to prevent the market going doolally. It's likely that if a formal offer had been made the RNS's would have followed in an orderly fashion. Total speculation but they may have to RNS an update to bring everyone up to speed probably that there has been some advancement in talks and we'll reopen higher. Guessing.

I must admit I don't fully understand exactly how NEX works. I notice they are exempt from government stamp duty on share purchases. Funny then how Halifax charge me the same amount whether the trade goes through NEX or the LSExchange.

Looks okay to me Teaye - bid creeping up is a good sign. Reviewed a bit of media recently and it struck me how LR always emphasises the importance of the locality of Toral. Apart from the safe jurisdiction and supportive administration just take a Google tour of the area and you'll see we're in exactly the right place. It's an industrial town with a history of mining, currently lots of quarrying, industrial metals manufacturer etc. The infrastructure is ideal and even the geography helps with the CAPEX as we can enter from the side of the hill avoiding costly 100% central shaft.

Maybe GFD, companies often counter mainstream 'media speculation' by RNS but if they had to address every claim or counter-claim made on social media they'd be issuing RNS's every 5mins. Not sure what to make of this to be honest, seems a bit odd that in this apparent Twitter profile he seems happy to share his recreational pursuits with the world:) Anyway all good fun and at the end of the day it makes no difference to the compelling case that EUA have a highly prized asset to market.

Garwool it's difficult to guess what he could get for us now. If as suspected a potential buyer has been following our progress closely with a view to a frictionless transaction then they're much more likely to give us a fair value. If not the position we're in could obviously be exploited to our detriment. There's a lot in our favour though, not least that local politicians want this mine built.

Okay after being woken by the storm I've done a bit of reading round and as Oil says NPV factors in the CAPEX to get a mine built. Also on the plus side remember that the NPV getting quoted is from the 2018 SS, before all the additional drilling, JORC & Mets. On the downside we haven't got the cash to get this through the PFS stage without a JV so that's going to give a potential buyer a lot of leverage in negotiations. Put another way someone's going to get a bargain but a bargain possibly in excess of £50m (IMO).
