RE: Shed13 Feb 2020 13:57
Truth is I don't know that it will, let alone when but it all depends on what path we take. I think if they do explore the 'funding optionality' path we stand the best chance of breaching 0.5p but much further down the line. I suspect that if we sold before a pre-feasibility study we won't get even half NPV. However the official NPV figure comes from the 2018 SS, prior to all the 2019 drilling, JORC & mets, plus whatever 024 and 025 have thrown up so it's anyone's guess what a fair NPV might be now. I'm optimistic that whoever the NDA's are with are supportive of our work programme and may even have influenced it and will want a fair transaction. Roughly we need 20x current SP to get to 0.05p so is it realistic to sell this for around £75m as we stand? Well we know that the CAPEX is deducted in the NPV so it wouldn't seem impossible but I guess a buyer would also be knocking off the cost of pre-feasibility, risk of acquiring mine licence etc.
