Exactly Numpty we can discuss the RNS’s, bounce ideas around and inevitably speculation will play a part. As investors we are speculators looking to find value before the market catches up. I wonder why mfm looked in here this morning in search only of facts, they are conveniently compiled elsewhere. You must be in a permanent state of torment reading these boards Mfm :)

I take your point Bobby but I don't see what is wrong with speculating about a JV partner, it's the most likely way forward IMO. Just having a stake in a company like this is informed speculation so we're all at it. We have come so far in a year with the JORC and proven metallurgy, plus the ore sorting which has been fantastic new work stream. The market doesn't seem to be appreciating how much risk has been taken out of this in 12 months but I don't think that will be lost on the industry. Hopefully the placing will give us the breathing space to push for a great deal from a stronger position. Speculation again (not winding you up honestly) but I wonder if CB had something on the table but LR & MC didn't like the terms, perhaps with a bit more drilling and the new SS they believe they can achieve something better for shareholders.

Back to the day job tomorrow but there will be two more concrete deliveries to come soon for any sadists wishing to gloat over my physical challenges :) Talking of concrete it's worth noting for any newcomers that there are limestone quarries around Toral de los Vados servicing the cement industry. Should be really handy with handling our tailings and possible synergies with mine construction, that might not be EUZ but positive impact on projected CAPEX.

Gar I have had comms on that and have been given an explanation. I know this sounds like a real cop out so apologies but it was a bad line and I'm not fully on top of it, so genuinely if I put what I know on here I could be misleading. All I can say is it's not being dodged so relax for the long weekend and I would recommend putting the question yourself next week maybe saying could it be something you can present to this board. I think it is something we deserve to have a full explanation on as it was flagged in the second phase mets as something that needs doing although when I look back now I see they weren't highlighted in the 'next steps' so I have been labouring under the misapprehension all along that they would finally be fully laid out in this third phase.

As predicted the ore sorting should bring in more of the resource into the economically mineable area. Can't find anything on deleterious elements - having to motor can anyone else scrutinise and post?

I don't agree with that assessment DXB1 but judging by the number of holders looking to exit on mets you might be better to exit quietly 'stage left' beforehand rather than wait for the stampede on the day. One thing that does worry me is that everyone is speculating about the 'mets' in terms of timings and impact on the SP but there doesn't seem to be any discussion of what is the purpose of this phase and what they will mean to the project. I just hope people who have a serious interest in the project know what to expect, for a start it's going to be judgement day on all deleterious elements. Dig deep into the SS and you'll discover we have always been expecting to grapple with Cadmium and I think Mercury on the basis of being analogous to Rubiales. I would just suggest folk should get a clear picture of what this phase has set out to prove and what in your own mind will be a success before they land, don't judge them simply on a market under reaction or over reaction it's not that simple.

Trade seems to have forgotten about the two good phases of metallurgy achieved so far. Just looking for more spatial representivity for recoveries and deleterious levels. All about de-risking the chances that a future mine might underperform.

Yes volume poor, it's going to take some good news to turns peoples heads back to EUZ. Silver strong and very importantly Zinc continues its recovery. If we get the complete economics for mining our products we'll be back on the radar again soon.

Well that's original Jed at least. You're going with the mets never coming out? The mcap is much higher than pre-consolidation with the new JORC figures being a positive. The mets will hopefully show more progress and we should continue to build but hopeful escapees may not get their spike.

Not everyone is down, I should think CHRI5P is pretty happy for example. I've been here over three years and am back in positive territory. I'm not bitter about my early buys unlike some. I invested in an inferred resource with no metallurgy so basically a bet that the resource wasn't hogwash and no proof that the metals would even be economic. Luckily the work has greatly improved the resource and we now know that we have marketable products. My early buys are well down because I massively underestimated the amount of money that would be needed to get to this point. My greatest criticism of the company is that our Execs should have known when we were around 0.12p old money that a vast amount of cash was going to be needed but they ended up raising at bad times and at the mercy of DB whose first duty of care is to the people who's wealth they protect not us. So I have mixed feelings about the performance of the Exec's but feel a lot of the frustration expressed here is misplaced, anyone like me who put money in this kind of stock early on took a monumental risk, the odds are massively against tiny explorers coming out on top, but we're better placed than ever to achieve success, remember without the successful operations we'd have zero chance of raising money and this would be all over.

Okay CJ, agreed nothing kills sentiment like a placing. Another piece in the jigsaw puzzle soon. Just hope we don’t get to the end and there’s a piece missing :)

Sad to see you down on EUZ CJ. I hope we all have positive distractions elsewhere which helps endure the situation here. I’m not very optimistic that the next round of Mets will see a big rise, just look at how many on here have signalled their intent to depart on any rise, they might not even get the blip required. What they will mean for the project is hugely significant though and if successful will pave the way for the sort of news likely to cause more excitement.

Yes I did detect a hint of sarcasm at the back end of last week. I must agree though your ramping performance has shown impeccable results Bobby, perhaps if we could clone you with Banker it will be early retirement for all :) For what it's worth they have to be soon don't they surely?

Charming stand first Gam - what exactly would you like to talk about on a Europa Metals bulletin board? Impending metallurgy is of critical importance to the future of our investments, could be make or break. I suppose the weather has been quite interesting today, though Bricks might feel left out :)

You must think people have very short memories Bobby. Last Friday didn't you predict a Mon RNS? Nothing wrong with that, we all enjoy a bit of speculation but you can't have it both ways.

Looking at the previous gaps between phases of metallurgy they would certainly be due Grappa. This time we should be seeing the full metallurgical report with the long awaited Dr Kirby's flow chart concentrate optimisation plus hopefully weaving the ore sorting into the economics so it's perhaps more complex with more service providers involved. I'm hopeful for this week.
