The only tangible news that could have leaked and led to an SP drop (that I can think of) would be failure to agree terms on the EU money, perhaps a hydrological issue, perhaps CB selling under the radar as he's no longer a Director, any other possible bombshells? Looking at the pathetic volume it's probably just opportunities elsewhere turning heads as Milnrow says. How such low volume translates into 13.33% is incredible, guess the mm's don't want to hold much stock which is probably why it springs up fast on low volume as well. Glad the consolidation solved the volatility issue :)

Crikey bid now 38.48, maybe 40p going today??? Likely to be some profit taking soon though. Good to see the board liven up a bit even if we do get a pull back.

Well as I type we've already done a penny today with the bid at 38p. While we look strong in the market I'm really hoping to hear from the board, maybe a new investor presentation to reach out to the PI's.

Badshad thanks for single handedly resurrecting the POG board chat but my recommendation would be if you don't like it don't invest. If you are intrigued check the POG website and you'll get an idea what a monumental operation POG is, not some **** pot explorer full of promises, a massive producer now fully exposed to the high GP but we're always dragged down by the 'Russian discount'. I've had some stick for referencing that in the past but recent events..... certainly no worse than something like HUM in a war zone. Risk.

Badshah probably because most POG LTH's are beyond battle weary. We've been from brink of FTSE 100 down to near Dodo territory, a tortuous recovery and just as things start looking great with POX and high Au prices we're wacked with corporate uncertainty. I strongly believe the potential is incredible here but can't blame long term sufferers from being unable to muster much enthusiasm.

POG is FTSE 250 again these days but you're right it's on the list as an addition (finally worked out how to zoom in.... doh!).

Also one thing I don't get is why would POG be entered on GDXJ, wouldn't we be on GDX?

Badshah - do you have anymore on GDXJ and POG? On the Twitter link I can just about see POG listed but the image opens up tiny on my laptop so I can't see the figures. From a video about GDXJ generally referenced on the GGP board an expert suggests the affect of inclusion can happen prior to the entry date - maybe that's what we were seeing last week? Definitely a plus just wish I could open up the list on a scale that I can actually read.

I'm also hoping to hear something on Mariinskiy, the exploration licence we acquired early this year. It's probable that it is analogous in grade and scale of resource with Malomir so should help to shore up future resources. I'm sure others have their ideas too.

Welcome to the asylum badshah. Operationally the biggy is the Pioneer flotation plant which is due for completion Q4. That will double our flotation capacity and make us much less reliant on third party ore to fully exploit the POX hub. Other than that we can probably squeeze in a couple more boardroom coups before Christmas.

Ha ha, the only thing I'd say (and it is a well worn issue on these boards) is that you have to completely disregard these platforms as a faithful reporter of buys or sells. In reality it isn't even their fault as the MM doesn't report a buy or sell just the trade actioned. The software of whatever platform you're watching will interpret the trade as a buy or sell depending on the mid at the time. This isn't Lloyds or Tesco so with the low volume the bid and ask aren't being tested every nano-second. It's ironic when you see people complain that their buy is showing as a sell when in reality their broker did their job and offered them the best quote and they took it.

Maybe a good time to wipe the slate clean all round. I think it's right that opinions are scrutinised and challenged vigorously and it's hard not to take offence when this feels like a personal attack, I've taken a fair dose since the placing but I got that wrong and while any grown up investor shouldn't blame me for their decisions I understand the bitterness to some degree. Hopefully things are looking up here and I predict a 'Buddy' fest incoming :)

I wouldn't worry too much much about a bit of strong language, this is an investing bulletin board, expect a frank exchange of opinions. Anyway as soon as things start looking up it will be 'Buddy this, Buddy that', even the lesser spotted "Laurence playing a blinder" might be in evidence. Following a few of these boards over the years I reckon you could track the performance of an AIM share by the frequency of the term "Buddy", Buddy :)

I'd suggest it makes more sense to buy under the placing price than to sell under it. Nothing guaranteed in this game but as I said yesterday DB and others will have paid significantly less at 12.75p than their analysts would consider fair value. Accumulating below the institutions doesn't look foolish to me.

Yeah 1noise I've noticed a lot of folk don't seem to bother looking in anymore. There's a lot to look forward to and I think the SP has been pretty resilient given the uncertainty.

Does seem to be gathering steady strength. I'd like to see the new board being more proactive in instilling investor confidence though. That and some good operational news, perhaps on Pioneer flotation and I think we'll be storming up again. I still feel like there's always a danger of 'famous last words' with POG, but look at the 12 month chart and there's really much not to like.

Thanks for the steer Ian - talk about not taking responsibility for your actions, 'accidental' short, pull the other one. Then a beastly 'orchestrated' short squeeze. Reminds me of Kevin & Perry "That is so unfair!", going even further back as we used to say 'diddums'.

Gam just out of interest how are you anticipating that DB will orchestrate this 'pump'?
