Michael I can give my opinion but double check with the company would be my advice. To me it appears to be giving them the authority to raise funds through a placing limited to 50% in the year. This is normal, all companies need this protection but particularly if you are not generating any income, if they don't have this facility and run low on cash then we would be in danger of insolvency and you'd lose all of your investment instead of just being diluted :) Oh joy! Looks to me that 7 means the facility expires at the next AGM and so we vote again on allowing the facility for the next 12 months. I'm not great on this sort of stuff so I would double check but this was how it was described when we consolidated and reformed the Company Constitution in the summer.

Oh no I just seem to remember you winding up the EUA board saying you were short, maybe it was someone else. Funning thing re. timelines, it's obvious the 12 month thing has spooked some people here (even though it was in the Aug presentation....). I wonder if when they'd put EUA up for sale they'd said 'but realistically it's going to take a year', whether the SP would have remained so strong?

Grappa may I ask if you think the SP will be exactly the same in a years time why don't you put your money somewhere safe for 12 months? There's no point leaving your capital exposed to all the risk with zero expectation of a return. You're quite at liberty to do this of course but I don't see the logic, just curious.

Okay that's 10bT gone until 27th Dec (Happy Christmas), and Grappa until 27th Nov 2021 (Happy Christmas, Easter etc). In the meantime I'll continue to post as and when I wish.

Cheers Philis - on metal prices there's an interesting little milestone approaching by the way. We know that zinc and silver have forged ahead of the 3 year trailing average in the economic report but good old lead which has been fittingly rising with the greatest inertia is bearing down on the $2099/t quoted. Soon we should have all three products ahead of the already robust economics!!

Thanks Steve - you're right by assessing the situation objectively you will likely to become a better investor. Not to say a complete punt isn't out of the question. I like a bet on sport and have one or two small positions on equities that I regard in the same way. But I will never make the mistake of building a serious position when the glaring risk of low cash and unproven products is staring me in the face. Talking of which I notice you like to wind people up in the 'other place' what is your honest expectation there?

Hi CHRI5P - yes we live and learn. I just hope there's a resolution at EUA soon so I can complete my position here and sit back. I have a nagging scepticism about what's going on there, hope it's just because of their crackpot bulletin board :)

Thanks Steve (despite the exaggeration). I know you're not on this board as much as others but I have often talked about what I have learnt here. Principally that when I invested we were woefully short of cash to accomplish what we have to date, dilution was inevitable. You'll notice there are some long term holders who accept this mistake and some who simply refuse to acknowledge any personal misjudgement and blame everything but themselves, I guess it's a question of character. I would also not invest in a micro explorer again until there is some positive metallurgy in the bag, I now realise that those of us who invested and kept topping up before we even knew that the products were marketable were taking a massive risk. Thankfully we have accomplished this but at the price of massive dilution. Where I would point my finger at the Execs is that they must of known we were way short of cash back then but they had, I think from memory a series of three puny raises when we should have bitten the bullet at a much higher SP and raised big. Hindsight yes but the policy of going to the wire has meant that funding uncertainty has dogged us ever since. There you go that's my honest appraisal of my misjudgements and where I'm critical of the Board.

Copper honing in on a seven year high and forecast to go higher. Surely we can at last investigate what this means economically to this project. We know LR has said that whoever develops Toral will mine copper - who wants to ask the question at the AGM? Come on serial moaners let's see the white of your eyes, take the custodians of your investment on, I will be.

Thanks Trade - we need as many PI's to vote and attend the meeting as possible. I'm very happy with the operational work but it isn't right morally for them to shower more options on themselves when they are yet to deliver for shareholders. If we're going to wait another year which seems probable so can they, it's not as if they're underpaid as things stand. Really hope to see a good turn out on Monday, having said that I never know what I'm doing from one day to the next but whatever you're up to you can still log in from on a mobile phone so I would have thought everyone who is inclined to express an opinion on here wouldn't want to miss the chance to put their thoughts direct to the Board.

Michael in the 'Notice of AGM' RNS it says "The Directors strongly encourage all Shareholders to either lodge a directed proxy form prior to the Meeting or attend and vote online at the Virtual Meeting". I would email Dan to find out how you get set up to vote, they must need some sort of verification of holdings I suppose. Quick straw poll - who's going to click onto the AGM on Monday? Unless LR has a cracking RNS to deliver tomorrow or Monday morning I can't see the mood changing on here. Should get quite spicy, remember if you haven't voted against the warrants by post or through your broker you can still do it by logging in. It was as easy as logging on here at the GM so I was surprised to see so few of us in attendance.

I think there is definitely more funds in the pipeline from our friends in the EU. Apparently the lengthy hold up on announcing the regional grant was in agreeing the terms to leave us free to pursue further support.
