Have you read any of the recent posts, the market doesn't always get it right. Do some reading from the worlds greatest investors and you'll find it's that fact that creates the opportunity. If you want to play it by the markets verdict alone then we don't have an asset. Look at it another way Aug 19 we had no indicated, no metallurgy, no geotechnical, no hydrology. So a smaller asset, higher risk with no proof that we could even sell the products economically but 'the market' went crazy for us. I'm not saying it will 10 bag tomorrow, but it will eventually IMO.

I'm still cautious about EUA but if the sale does happen anywhere near the sensible predictions there's going to be tsunami of PI cash looking for the next one, we should pick up some of it but probably mostly from people like Steve, CHRI5P, Smudga and myself in both. We will shine eventually - look at silver, currently 50% more valuable than the figure used in the economic report.

I would never invest in anything with a crooked spire Steve :) Saying that if EUA turns out to be for real I'll take a look. When you see the number of posts and volume of trading I guess it kind of illustrates partly why we're not turning heads here. I think CHRI5P talked about the AIM 'beauty parade', if this is the swimwear section we've turned up in a duffle coat.

No I agree and I think unless I'm mistaken (possible) there is an error with Spreadex's position. I do think they're trying hard to improve the PR to be fair. We have a new website coming and I don't have another holding AIM or main market in which the Exec's are so accessible. Funding issues have had us on the back foot with years, I have always agreed with the doomsayers on that one. I'm glad you're doing well with XSG.

Interesting I was trying to find where it explicitly says they did yesterday. Only Deutsche Balaton were named in the RNS as an interested party. The news of Spreadex's holding came later in the month but it seems likely they took their stake in the placing. Turner Pope arranged it anyway and whether they approached Spreadex or Spreadex approached them is anyone's guess. Bricks confirmed at the AGM that we don't have a 'relationship' with Spreadex so don't consider them a cornerstone investor. I didn't expect them to be hanging around anyway as I said when they took their position.

Evening Grappa - personally I don't think your risk / reward calculation has factored in the worst case downside but I understand the psychology of not wanting to miss out in the best case. I confidently expect Toral to be proven as a bargain at £100m in 12 -18 months so you should be okay :)

CHRI5P - a great day for our products but a bad day for the SP. Sometimes we have to accept that the market is an imperfect device for measuring the worth of a company. Somebody once said on here that the market can never be wrong but it's not difficult to find a plethora of quotes from the worlds greatest investors to suggest otherwise or indeed prove otherwise judging by their success. Our time will come, I'm certain, but I'm no longer perplexed by LTH's who inform of us of their top ups one day then the next seem to think this is the worst company on the LSE. They're just coping with their own frustration by trying to make others feel even worse about EUZ - pretty tragic really.

Hi Grappa I noticed in an earlier post that your price prediction for today was 8.5 and you maintain that by the end of the week which I can understand, it might happen - but you also have a price prediction of 9p by the end of 2021 in the same post. What I don't understand is why you would put your money in an AIM share for over a year when after the spread and trading costs according to your own prediction you are not expecting to make any money. You could lose the lot without any expectation of reward, I find that completely unfathomable.

Yes mfm maybe it didn't help that the Aug presentation said 12 months, now three months on it's eighteen. I think a couple of things happened - the drill strategy wasn't decided on until after the delivery of the economic report and it did seem to take a long time. It now isn't possible to start drilling before Christmas, so slippage already. I think there is a slight danger that this board has already talked itself into a mindset that nothing price positive can happen for 18 months. Really the BFS is a requirement for bank lending on the project development. There is other stuff going on - I think I said yesterday that Conrad wouldn't be very happy to have been engaged to explore pre-production deals if the only plan is to ultimately develop with the bank.

Mfm I wouldn't disagree with that, not knowing the ASX regulatory rules was the biggest error I was just explaining to PE that we didn't blow cash in that area. I also agree we should have raised when sentiment was high but we had a series of small raises when they should have bitten the bullet and gone big, I have said this many times. I guess hindsight etc and of course at the time they would have expected to advance the SP from that point and raise higher. However here we are talking about the past again - my opinion is that yes these mistakes have dogged the share ever since but as LTH's we have all chosen to stay in, top up, trade a few but ultimately stay invested in the project so whether you are upbeat or downbeat about our prospects it's pretty pointless going over the past again and again.

Never claimed to be an expert CJ but the original time frame was 12 months. I think they expected to get the drilling started before Christmas but that has slipped. There might be three drills say, not sure if they will be from the same pad so might be de & reassembly of rig on each. Then the cores will have to be assayed before being worked into the JORC plus more metallurgy. There's also more hydrological drilling. I still think 18 months is being cautious though.

Your call Jupitar, that could well be a strategy that works, it also might not. I suspect there is a little misunderstanding going on, I'll assume it's not wilful. Dr Kirby in particular explained that the BFS would be needed if we were to go it alone with bank financing, that doesn't mean there aren't other financing options being explored in the meantime.

More than 12-18 months for production I'm afraid CJ. Just to be clear they haven't ruled out other means of acquiring funding prior to the PFS but it did sound like we would need the BFS to go it alone with the bank. The good news is that according to Dr Kirby getting from PFS to BFS isn't complicated and there are other options in any case.

Trade I'm a bit short of time but drilling in New Year, Conrad wouldn't be marketing us if problematic by-products yet to be revealed, CJ got some good info on funding so I'll leave that to him, more irons in fire with EU, oh and whoever was moaning about LR ignoring their emails them seems to have been lying, LR has even offered for Bricks to give them his mobile phone!
