Cheers Rusty, the thing is POG is huge and they're not going to RNS every time they put a drill in the ground like an AIM junior would. I suppose it's whether you blame POG that some investors don't realise that exploration and updating reserves is an ongoing process or whether they should keep an ear to the ground :)

I have always thought that a £100m mcap is far from impossible, who knows, the current drilling may make that look conservative. I do however think that they need to prove to the market that they can progress without more equity dilution for shareholders to fully benefit from the operational success. Sentiment has weighed heavily on this stock but it has created an incredible opportunity for new investors, it's tougher on us LTH's but if you can look forward rather than back the pathway is clearing for a positive outcome. I do think our faith is being tested in this news blackout, I can understand why we're waiting for assays from the first 'phase' but I can't fathom why they haven't updated in the usual manner on basic drill completion statements. Could there be clues in number of drills, depths etc that give away something about strategy that they don't want public yet, I can't work it out and can only assume there's a valid reason.

I know Rusty pretty shabby - if you just look on the website you can find lot's of information on the licences and ongoing exploration and reserves. On the delayed flotation plant, this from Oct 2020, "Management has also decided to delay full commissioning of the Pioneer flotation plant from Q4 2020 until Q2 2021. This reflects delays to the commissioning of some equipment items and a desire to avoid full commissioning during the winter months".

Lawrence I think you are possibly confusing the POX Hub, POX autoclaves within the hub and separate flotation facilities at refractory operations, it's all here: https://petropavlovskplc.com/operation/poxhub/

There is only one hub but four autoclaves within it. They have previously stated that all four have been proven to work at full capacity but we haven't had the refractory ore available to keep them going. I think there is space for two more autoclaves when we have the flotation capacity to serve them.

Yeah not a great read but the market seems to have been digesting the poor performance with this years retrace and is now looking forward to the launch of flotation at Pioneer and expansion at Malomir. Hopefully the start of a steady recovery, maybe they'll surprise us and get the Pioneer flotation launched front end of Q2?

To date, copper traces have historically been encountered in the deposit, but the significance was unknown. This level of copper was not anticipated within the deposit so near to surface and follow up work is required to identify controls and extent of copper mineralisation".

We've just past three calendar months since drilling started. We've all done it haven't we? Put the wood bit on instead of the masonry bit and wonder why it's taking so long :)

mfm - something corporate is definitely going on, what I don't get is why that impacts on reporting the basic operational facts as before - drill x finished, drill y commenced, depth, wedged or not, visual mineralisation etc. I don't have a problem with getting the assays as a complete picture as dripping them out could be misleading. Perhaps they feel that something could be inferred from the basic technical information that they don't want public yet? Certainly a head scratcher!

Just a bit of gallows but I see LEX have dropped after getting a plug on the EUZ Twitter feed :) Mind you looking at their RNS's - 1st March 'Commencement of drilling at its Jones-Keystone-Loflin Project', 6th April 'Operational Update from the Jones-Keystone-Loflin Project' - see it is possible to keep shareholders in the loop without the world coming to an end.

grappa - we've definitely had a consolidation but as yet no sign of a consolation :) however if Bricks' snouting work is anything to go by deliverance may be upon us soon.

Well you don’t strike me as the sort of person who would say those things to my face so yes it doesn’t bother me coming from you Bobby. I do however think it would do you credit if you could express yourself without the name calling but there it is. With reference to your last post I think that you’re generally correct that small shareholders get treated with contempt. My experience by and large with LR has been an exception to this rule but he has evaded straightforward questions over not reporting the drill progress. The results are a different matter as we have always received those in their entirety from each campaign so I don’t see a delay there though mention of ‘phases’ is interesting. Seems the drilling will be ongoing.

Bobby I welcome you back, as a long term holder your thoughts should be relevant. Would you mind nipping the name calling in the bud right there though? That's the last time I'll say it nicely.

Morning Bricks - I have never believed the line that it is too small for Lundin, after all why were they looking at it in the first place? I do know that the payments to Lundin including the smelter royalty are factored into the PEA though.
