Is it possible the rope is not a reportable incident under RIDDOR, though an internal investigation would have to be carried out and reported back up the tree.

Renewables are certainly the way forward for countries looking to produce cheap electricity or countries that do not have sufficient distribution networks.
One should not forget solar power along with the big windmills, renewable power for producing electricity has got cheaper and cheaper and now competes with the traditional fossil fuels.
The only fossil fuel that will be able to compete with renewables will be gas.

Diesel and HFO will be standby as just in case.

In saying that I see Total are going away to drill a higher number of wells for more oil than they have done in the past couple years.

In the event of tangled rope , employ sharp knife between teeth, strip to skivvies and dive in the water and cut washing line rope.
PS remember to tie rope around oneself in able to be keel hauled before being pulled aboard after cutting rope.

So SNAFU with BW, sheet happens eh.

Yes I know they Ophir are still in T/O discussions and I even wonder if the final end T/O price will reach 60p which is a bargain price for the buyer, it should reach at least 70p to 80p and that's still a bargain price.IMO

But I think with the Faroe T/O the larger oil companies will now waken up and see that there is not a lot left of 'proven' areas to buy WoS

Faroe gone next Ophir lets see if a decent bid comes in for HUR in the next wee while.

I reckon DrT is stringing the line out with his EPS and 'master plan' thinking another oil company will get hooked and go for a T/O of HUR assets as that would give them 75 percent of the fields.

Talking about possible T/O I have seen Ophir issued an RNS about possible cash offer for the company it might interest a few for a punt.

Also seen CA have a couple RNS out.
