Hi Guys I am a new investor in this type of energy and I am doing my own research and wanted to ask about this merger of the two companies of PHE & W2T - Peel I find interesting huge landowner etc, believe owners like a bargain same as everyone.

I am still invested in oil and believe the planet will need oil for many years to come - in saying that I started today to have a look at Hydrogen cells for powering industry / vehicles etc rather than than just EV's.
I came across 2 number sites with one being AFC and PHE - both seem to have good technologies and one site PPS was given to me to research.

After a quick look and read I like both AFC and PHE. - though I still need to understand this merger a bit better - for start what will this do to the SP and shares in issue - directors, IIs and PI's
Any views while I do my research would be welcome.

I will have a look and I have found 2 that I need to research before thinking about investing in any of them - though some peeps on here like yourself might be invested in alternative energies.
AFC and PHE

I am thinking going into the New Year (if the company has not been sold beforehand) that HUR and the oil will have a huge part to play in the Energy markets and must admit disappointed at where the SP is at present time.

But in saying that I have just started looking into EV etc (bit behind the curve - but sold my Range Rover - broke my heart lol)
For the EV transportation market - can the power stations give enough output to charge all these these vehicles and still power the rest of the country - no doubt in years to come technology will upgrade to better design etc

What about hydrogen as an alternative to electric vehicles and even hydrogen power stations - which will win or can both be competitive alongside each other
or will it be a bit like Beta or VHS

You can call the issue of bonds a credit line as its basically a loan albeit the bondholders are repaid before money returns to shareholders.

I hope the fluxator will come good too.

What happened today as I thought we would stay up at 34 / 35 p level not drop down

I hope it is a new credit line rather than the company doing an issue of new shares

Also way down my line I suppose at this cheap price a take out by a competitor is at least possible .

I have a couple of questions regarding this company prior to taking a position:.

Company has funds only to March 2020 and needs to announce say by end of January 2020 where new funds will come from.?
The SP crashed due to Woodford and then other II selling?
The loan by Mid cap - TRX had to repay back part of the loan due to TRX failing to meet targets?
Possible failure to meet targets was this due to their expansion starting late or lack sales?
Midcap will possibly only lend more money from tranche 2 once TRX recapitalises as per RNS 14-11-2019?

How will TRX recapitalise - issue more share at present SP or lower or JV/ or based on 4Q earnings to yet be announced or other?
