Why can't you ask yourself? If you are able to post on this bb, you are perfectly able and capable to post on the FSC are you not?
"by "word on the street" I assume you meant "I read it in the article posted by that other guy""
:-) :-)
"Don't kid yourself that any offer has been made or any negotiation has commenced."
You got that from a headline? Wow.
"great call Joe. wonder whether nomad or roths forced them to stick that out. jp certainly hasn't taken notice of the advice in the past.. sounding said earlier we don't need rescuing - I am afraid we do via a sale/buy out as we are a non earning exploration company that has given up exploring.
But hey I deal in emotion not facts...…..."
I don't see any facts in that latest rant by trellis - just subjective emotion. Clearly confuses emotion with facts.
Actually Joe, JP has just updated.
He says:
"We will endeavour to answer all sensible questions"
Clearly your questions wouldn't have been answered anyway, so you may now relax and let others do the work. As usual.
Really? If it is too late, why do you spend a lot of time moaning and groaning on here Joe?
No questions so far? Folk on here seem to have so many - why so mute?
Hate to hit you over the head with facts trellis (I know emotion is more your thing)...but the loan repayment has been there in bold text, towards the end of every quarterly presentation. As they say....you can lead a horse to a presentation, but you can't make him read it. Oh and it is due in June 2021. Carry on.
Not taking a salary cut is perfectly logical. Firstly, I don't suppose they will take more than three months salary....because I expect us to be sold within 3 months. So actually, we will not be saving much in salary. But let us not forget their payment for selling the Company. JP gets 18 months salary and the other 2 get 12 months. So why on earth would they cut their salary at this stage ..... knowing that their termination payment is based on their salary? That would be stupidity beyond belief and if JP shot himself in the foot like that ...for no good reason, I would seriously be doubting his negotiating skills. So of course they haven't cut their salary. They aren't that stupid.
You are truly wise portsmouth.
You are trying too hard to be clever partridge .... with very little success. You do know that questions can be posted anytime after 8 am on Monday? So posting questions after a few drinks is open to any PI.
You really haven't got a clue have you Davey?
Davey. What is the benefit of "ramping Sound up" now? I will answer for you. Absolutely none. Unless you think the Companies they might be negotiating with will be influenced by Malcy? Do you?
Some of us have been "on message" for a long time partridge. Some others cannot see the area the size of Wales for the trees.
"Eye Direction. A number of studies talk about the direction of eyes during lies. Typically, when people look up and to the right, they are lying or tapping into their imagination. When they look up and to the left, they are remembering or recalling something, tapping into the memory part of the brain."
What happens when I roll my eyes? Because that's just what I did whilst reading your post.
TIA.
"If as JJ alluded to, that they have set a deadline for offers, why can we not be told when this deadline is?"
You can ask them on Tuesday.
They are clearly making an effort to reach out to PI's. They don't have to. They don't need to anymore. They just want to. So good for them that they are still keeping their PI centric approach going despite the threats, accusations and hostility.
Shed. Positive effect on what or whom?
"Sorry I can't muster any positivity folks"
No need to apologise shed. To paraphrase Mark Twain:
"Negativity is an acid that does more harm to the vessel in which it is stored than to anything on which it is poured"
Any reason you have downgraded S_T_B? Other than because the share price is 10p at this instant in time?
If a share price always accurately reflected the value of a Company then we would never get the big ups and downs that we see every day on AIM. The share price on AIM is driven almost entirely by sentiment. Just look at the SOU graph. Does anybody really believe that the true value has fluctuated so much in line with the share graph? Of course not. Absolute Tosh. As I have been saying though, we are fortunate because we will soon receive the true value per share. Which I believe to be far in excess of 10p.
