Polishcrap - why would they need to raise when they now have free cash flow? Any debts will be paid off over time with that.

The fact it has closed so early is possibly a good sign in regards how quickly the offer has been taken up.

With 34 billion shares in issue what's another 1.6 billion, feel sorry for anyone ever invested in this, imagine if this company did actually begin to produce (very unlikely) due to the amount of shares in issue it still wouldn't increase much in price.

DIVIDENDS!!!!! I can't believe they actually mentioned dividends going forward. That is a very very strong thing to say and surly shows how confident they are in the business going forward.

For that to occur the DMG's must work, and on a larger scale then has currently been tested.

H2 continues to increase in popularity as a clean fuel source of the future.

The process is a financially viable solution to remove waste plastics as well as making H2.

DMG's are located all around the world in vast numbers of populus cities and even towns.

If all the above happens then any people with shares at the currently levels will be very very rich. There are so many ifs and buts, these shares currently are like buying a lottery ticket for the future. Massive returns are possible, but there are many many things that can go wrong also.

Forget about charts etc at this price, what will drive the PHE share price over the coming years is news and the success of the technology.
