This seems to be the pivotal point for OXB. They are trying to offload their trials and concentrate on manufacturing which would suggest they have a defined direction they wish to pursue. If all goes well for Novartis then we will become a profit making company . Many long suffering shareholders may actually see a return on their investment. Who knows even a company that others may see as a possible takeover opportunity. As you say better wait for the 12th...

It's the 12 th July... its in the 7th June Rns.... if Novartis get a favourable review for their CTLO19 then it's a game changer of OXB. Hence the recent rise....piggybacking :-)

I have a feeling that there maybe a nasty surprise or two in store for the poor long suffering shareholders ! Another tranch of fundraising must be on the cards, probably another problem with the design of the pallets, not to mention the cost of the pallets. Where are the new contracts? How many pallets are we producing? How many pallets are being sold or leased? What cash is left in the bank? Any projections? No? What are these so called high flying directors doing? Apart from receiving nice salaries! Single figure sp soon! Aahhhh, just thinking aloud.... too early for a drink....?

Would like to see Aviva moving out of the 530-540 trading range before the Brexit talks begin...wishful thinking perhaps ?

Well spotted. Interesting article and if you had never heard of Rm2 before you would be convinced that they are onto a sure thing... let's hope they are :-)

A fair finish to the week considering the political situation.

Shares kept in treasury are effectively cancelled in relation to dividends and voting rights but can always be reinstated as bonus's or to give the company owners or major shareholders a tranch of shares they can reinstate in the event of a hostile bid or as a possible source of funding....basically hedging their bets. They are not and will not be included in any sp calculations. Aviva is simply cancelling their shares completely so over the coming months the 300 million shares will disappear . This is a relatively small amount so we will see little benefit in the sp. If Aviva cancelled 10% of their shares overnight we would or should see a corresponding rise.

All bases covered there. Acting in the best interests of their shareholders should be a priority of any company. Putting past disasters behind them and informing the markets of any positives should be high on the list. The current share price says it all....

The weeks pass by and still no meaningful news re finance, contracts or on the manufacturing front ! Very poor P.R. Is there any money left in the coffers and have we finally got a revenue stream, however small ? Reckon another tranch of fundraising is on the cards hence the silence and don't reckon there are any game changing contracts on the horizon. The manufacturing side has been a disaster so if at last it is running smoothly why not inform us long suffering shareholders..

Would agree with your analysis. Have learnt over many years not to get too excited with Oxb's rises as they enevitably reverse but Novartis may be the turning point.... fingers crossed..

MPG40 has explained it quite well. Unfortunately 1.5% will make no difference to the average shareholder. It just gets lost in the ether ! If it had been a 10- 20 % buyback and share cancellation as with some smaller companies then you would see a corresponding rise. It does bode well that they are well capitalised and have spare funds..

Let's hope we get an rns in the near future with some meaningful progress...have a good weekend..
