I'm struggling to see how Fres can do any more to get this share price up. Yes it's not perfect but it's done exceptionally well and now has a big div. What more do fund managers want??!!

Barnet Peter claimed it would be a miracle if this got to 20p. But imo that's one of the least likely outcomes given the drill result. 20p would suggest a market capitalisation of £100m. Sam talked about another company with similar drill results now being worth £3bn! As I've written before, it'll be either several £££ or zero. Least likely is somewhere in between!

I think it might be possible to day trade this if you sell as soon as they release good drilling results. It seems to go like a 🚀 then drops like a 🪨. Not down to pre 🚀 but quite a bit. We did get to about 4.5p with the last results now 3.4p.

It seems the market has finally woken up and realised this is a bargain. My break even is £5.43 so the div is now 10% based on my initial investment. Add on the gains and I'm really happy!!!

A combination of investment managers not liking PMs and the LSE means this has been undervalued for a long time. But finally it seems the worm has turned!!!

I'd be delighted with £15. But I think I'll sell at about £10. I'm overweight quite a lot here and I'm overweight on GSCU as well. So I'll probably sell around £10. That'll mean I'll doubled my money in about 18 months. I'll take that!

I'm also surprised people are selling at this price. All I can think of as semi sound reasoning is that they see a big paper profit and are happy with that so they sell. Pretty short sighted imo.

I don't think they'll be much action here until the next drill results. Remember last Weds (19 Feb) ZERO shares were traded. With so many millions trading since I suspect it'll drift downwards as those short termers crystalise their gain.

@Gingertom - what you seem to be suggesting is that Sam shouldn't have bothered and all the investors have wasted their money because even if they find massive deposits of copper, gold and diamonds they'll still need to spend billions getting it to market. Is that really what you're saying?

@Dusty - I agree to a certain extent. But as I've posted before this is either going to end up zero or several pounds a share. If you jump in now you could win big. Or you could wait until more fundamentals become clearer. In which case you could get a nice return but not win big. Or you could stay out and that might be the best option because the fundamentals to come will be bad.

One things for certain if you're looking for relatively low risk go elsewhere!

Why only 4.58 for Fresnillo??!!

My rough calculations are. £1.2bn EBITDA, current share price means market capitalisation of £5.5bn, so P/E of 4.58. Which if I'm right is incredibly low. Should be at least 10 surely? Which suggests a share price of about £15!

Please correct me if I'm wrong!
