Agreed Essexmafia. I only wished I'd bought more but I couldn't justify it as already very overweight on this - about 50% of my portfolio! Ideally I would have liked it to be 10% max.

They couldn't hold back market sensitive news because it could have led to insider trading. They have to by law release this type of information when they receive it.

Extending the 200m at 2p mean people are more likely to buy them because there's a greater chance the share price will be well above that during the extended period. Given they've had to cut people's pay and pay them in shares then they're clearly short of case. The extension makes it more likely they'll get a load of mullah!!!

How much do people think they'll need? Isn't the gold close to the surface so it can be an open pit? That's really cheap isn't it? Just dig a big hole and then sort.

@Derek - yes great to see GSCU. Hoping for seven days of rises to compensate for seven days of falls!

Hopefully we'll get seven days or rises and back to 5.25p!

@Derek - I agree. They've issued 8.5m shares at 0.7p and the market hasn't reacted badly given that's below the current price. Warrants are worthless is above the current market price so issuing a big tranche at 2p is bullish.

...I invested in Fresnillo about 2 years to 18 months ago and got a nice pot at breakeven price of £5.46. Sold some at about £11 then sold some about £14 to put in here. Short term that was a bad move but overall up about 125% in 18 months on Fres and hoping GSCU investment pays off.

Point is for much of that time the market didn't move despite silver, and particularly gold, going up like a rocket! The market finally reacted when they saw cold hard cash via profits doubling and huge dividend. Anyone that bothered to do simple maths - multiply exploration figures by current price minus previous price - could see this would happen. Yet for months share price did nothing because people were too lazy!

These results are so good that either JC or a takeover is around the corner. When that's announced lazy bug**rs will finally bother to do a simple calculation and it'll fly!

I put in a sale at 1.09p before the 1.12p trades but it didn't get executed. I thought they'd inevitably be a big drop at the end of the day so I was going to buy back in at a lower rate to increase my holdings. I guess there weren't any takers!

...cumulative 32% drop. For absolutely no reason! This all started on 12 June when the last RNS and this research note was published which is very complimentary about what GSCU has found. I've heard of selling good news but seven trading days in a row and 32% down! Absolute madness!!! When did we last get seven straight days of gains?
