Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
@Martini
I actually believe DEB about the "leak" screenshot. What he's said does make sense (to me). However, it's strange for them to use the word leak in conversation (share would be most appropriate).
I don't however believe he's down 20k on his position...but
I think people are just waiting for news of financing and how the mill is working. It's the uncertainty that's the main issue...
In last stockbox interview, I think GR said RNS would be released in next 2 weeks so likely no update will be provided until next week
@DeadEyeBeaky
Thank you for the context. I have a couple of questions about points 5 and 6...
5. Why would you be asked to "Leak" information that's already in the public domain? It makes no sense (to me).
6. This is very serious...did GR actually sell all his shares to buy the mill? Was there an RNS? (Perhaps I missed). If he "lent" his shares to a third party or put them up as collateral in lieu of payment then we're all in trouble. This is what Mooky did with Cineworld...he got his money out of the company before it went under...by borrowing money against them. Is this what GR has done?
@Jaybike
I responded to his comment on BuyHoldSell and it vanished. Auto delete or something. He/they are trying to say it's a UHNWI who owns the other 50% of Muture because of the lack of RNS. He's definitely trying to pump it...notice how none of them responded to my comments about TG potentially being deemed as insiders.
I think he might be right about the last RNS though..my first reaction after reading it was that they were putting feelers out for buyers.
None of us can predict what's going to happen so we'll just have to wait and see.
@Ralladw2
Re your response to Daz, yes it is obvious that everyone is in it for themselves and to make money but I think you might be missing the point.
If you're creating a self fulfilling prophecy by saying share price will hit x or will drop to y in a amount of time, and you say that to a large amount of YouTube followers then it's likely you're in breach of MAR (Market Abuse regulations.) Especially if you're doing that in coordinated approach with other influencers on multiple platforms.
Also alot of The Telegram group could be deemed as insiders because of their direct contact with GR and other people who work in/closely with PREM. Snowking for instance.
Its obvious who you are btw (not sure if you care) but if you do, your comments about "Fair Value" were a dead giveaway.
Pls ignore the random sentence that may appear below, my screen has locked on here so cant scroll down to delete it.
Also, there are certain people on the Telegram Group that might be
@Martinigirl
I found it concerning that there was no mention of financing in the RNS and when briefly hit upon in the interview it was quickly brushed over.
I am feeling slightly more optimistic (onus on the word "slightly") but until they start production and the longterm financial stability of the business is secured (even at a basic level) it's still extremely risky.
Is a 19year life of mine decent in this industry? Maybe I'm being foolish in my expectations but was kinda hoping for atleast 25-30yrs.

@raaydaar
I think your summation of the situation is pretty spot on.
At the end of the day, you either believe in the longterm prospects of a company or you don't.
Snowking telling everyone "if you're not in now you've missed the boat" is tantamount to timeshare salesmen or You Tube "influencers" saying buy my product now the price is about to go up. Anyone who puts a time restraint on buying anything is a conman. It's a well proven technique to sell things they want to get rid of.
None of us really know what will happen with Prem, you either believe in the future of the business or you dont. As long as you dont invest more than you can afford to lose...
@swingman
As @blahblahdoh states, the CEO hasnt been sacked. He will become the chair of the groups charity arm. I understand he is very passionate about that and the company undertake many projects to support local communities.
@Martinigirl
Agree! I have a slither of hope that the picture of the mill that surfaced over the weekend was actually our mill and not a random mill! It's odd they didnt include it in the RNS..but it's not material information so they're not obliged to comment I guess.
GR has already got his excuses ready to blame the contractors..the wording of this RNS has laid the groundwork for that.
Anyway..we shall see 🤞
@Jono
None of us can predict the future but probably best to think interms of pennies rather than pounds at this stage 1p, 2p, 3p would be reasonable if things progress as they should.
Bit early to expect sp to reach £GBP figures at this stage...currently I'm estimating .6 as reasonable projection.
