When I worked in the oil industry I often saw bench blends of oil produce higher specs than when they were replicated in the field (under real world conditions). If Prem are producing slightly lower grades but consistently under current processing conditions I would consider that perfectly normal. If I remember correctly part of the process last year involved sorting by hand.

Re your second point...companies often divert funds to cover unexpected events in the early stages of production/development. Elon Musk would sleep in his office and was in verge of bankruptcy before Tesla took off.

Under AIM, listed companies only have to supply annual accounts (audited) These are found on their website.

The 2 RNS announcements are just standard TR1 communications. Nothing shady.

A x trade (cross trade) is an off the book trade (completed outside the LSE). It has to be declared to the exchange and executed within certain price parameters though. They usually get added end of day (hence why I mentioned). If you look at the info tab on here it states it's an ordinary trade, with delay to being published.

I think the 100m was a X trade. Which is why it was delayed. I dont think it will impact the price tomorrow as it's already gone through ( it's the publication that was delayed not the physical trade hence no affect on the market).

If you watch the stockbox video, GR gets really awkward when Mark asks him about Glencore. His body language suggests something is up in that respect (of course I hope I'm wrong)

I wouldnt pin your hopes on Glencore. Although I think this is really positive for Prem and things are going to get better for them, I'm pretty sure the Glencore ship has sailed. There will be other interest and LOIs no doubt so it's all good.

I'm not sure we were reading the same RNS?!

To address your first question, the RNS was released on Friday (rather than tomorrow) because it's a material change and legally they have to disclose to the market within 24hrs. (This is required whether its positive or negative change).

The RNS states that the plant ran consistently to produce grade 5 spodumene during the testing period. I genuinely think this is the turning point for the project.

You make valid points about the funding issues but I reckon next week will see the sp 🚀. I actually bought back in on Friday..
