I think it was a well worded, low key RNS, they're keeping their cards close to their chest. What we need to remember is that RNS announcements are released only when the information contained within them are material. The plant works....

Not connected to Prem...but if you're in UK and in a position to fill your car up..worth doing. They've bombed Fujairah (oil prices likely affected this week and the already high fuel prices are likely to get even higher!) Its one of the big 3 global oil ports..😕 xx

If Octane Capital were involved, why is Richard Deacon the TR1 and not the company?? Bit weird!

I had a read of Octane's website and they don't just provide bridging loans, but they also provide exit loans.

Was anyone on here in Cineworld chat rooms? Remember what Mooky did? I'm a bit worried that the % Octane have bought is actually an exit loan for someone before the company officially goes bust.

It's not an oddity that the 2024 accounts haven't been adopted by shareholders. Last years AGM was held before the delayed accounts were published so they couldn't be presented to shareholders.

Also, this procedure isn't binding, the accounts can't be rejected by shareholders. It just gives them the opportunity to discuss any questions. The accounts are typically approved by the board of directors. If shareholders aren't happy then it's up to them to vote out applicable directors who approved them.

Agreed Shareholders will get nothing if they go into administration but I still think that GH knew what he was signing up for. I still feel comfortable (albeit it barely) that they have a way out . Time will tell I guess.
