Seingred, everyone thinks this will bag. Most posters have visions of it multi bagging especially given our undervalued lowly starting position. If someone like myself is confident of making profit after averaging down then someone who is already in the blue such as yourself will make a killing here but you already know that. Seingred like I said if you wanted Brad is notorious for not getting the timescales right and most long termers are pretty chilled with it considering some of the missed deadlines are out of his control. I reiterate that if you are that concerned with the present delay then e mail the Canadian regulatory authority and ask them to explain the delay. Like I said it's easier to just come on here and. Ageos Brad has already stated he is taking Pepas to resource. How can he be so confident when he has a few further holes to drill to further define it. I would like to know your thoughts on Pepas as a resource.

seingred i don't understand dwelling on the negative. we all know brad is famous for not getting his timescales right but most long termers realise that and this is really out of his hands. if you are feeling frustrated then you would be better off writing to the canadian regulatory office to find out how they are taking so long but it's easier to **** brad off on here. instead of negatively trying to judge the situation then just wait a few days and all will be revealed. we. an then speculate on what we know rather trying to double guess what's going on.

If this project was a dud then they wouldn't have bothered but clearly shows that not only is there plenty of gold but that it's envisaged this will go to resource and production. These negotiations have now concluded and the present delay is purely down to Canadian regulatory red tape. Anytime anyone puts forward positivity then we are reminded of overhang, financing and dilution but until we know the details of the deal then none of these factors might be an immediate issue. Brad has issued details of a comprehensive drill programme yet has not said it's dependant on future financing which might suggest he might have the drill programme already covered. I can understand the delay generating anger but until more detail emerges then there is no need to dwell on the negative side just because it causes frustration. Some of the worst negative posters on here are a fickle bunch and react to their individual mood elevators on the day but they are normally the first to jump on the positivity bandwagon when it's safe to do so.

Seingred it's just luck that we are embarking on our campaign at the right time however the good timing with a strong gold price is never a bad thing. If you look at other juniors then we surely must be one of the better ones with our potential which is now about to be realised. I know future funding is a concern for some but with a bouyant gold market and a very good portfolio we must be one of the more attractive prospects for investment or JV.

Seingred the interest rate reduction in the US is expected to start to come down in September followed by several rate cuts after that so I don't know where you are claiming just 1 cut this year. You are right in stating it has taken longer than some anticipated but it's all looking good to help the gold price continue it's rise. With gold predicted to rise further then we might be coming good at the right time.

Rob good points about interest rates coming down. It's just been stated on the news that America is likely to cut theirs in September which as you say will have a positive effect on gold and silver.

Seingred disagree. Drilling is imminent so you would be seeing signs of it now. All this talk of raises is pure speculation until we know the structure of the deal to get the keys back. I'm sure as the details of our deal are revealed then we will be in a better position to assess our financials. Brad has announced an ambitious drill programme and has not stated it's dependent on raises so let's wait till we know more details of the deal before speculating further.

Yes Vic the SP and mcap are totally undervalued and plenty of room for growth. The next 12 months will see the company transformed with regular news updates of drilling and results. If they can also secure a JV in Argentina then the SP will be far north of where we are now. We have endured a dwindling SP and depressingly been in limbo for what feels like ages so it will be like going from 0 to 100% when the keys come back. We have been starved of news and hope for far to long but the next 12 months will see us recover and also transform the mood on this board.

Wolf agree but you don't know the structure of our deal yet. Plus I would have thought that if Newmont come in on Argentina then there might be free carry there so you never know. Free carry isn't everything you know. We had it and we are stuck picking up the pieces.

I never said we were GGP. But we have lots going on in the next 12 months and we have control over operations and news release and potential game changing JV in Argentina all will be happening in the next 12 months. Quick drill results and much regular news will see the SP begin it's journey North. Gold price is a lot higher now compared to when GGP had their rise. I'm not being greedy just half of what they had will suffice and that is not out of the question given what's coming.
