With a lull in proceedings whilst we await the long overdue RNS, we should all have a shot at predicting when Johnstoneo will break even. I'm going with a massive deposit sample hole at Pepas announced and he breaks even by mid December this year.

Seingred I agree at this moment yes we do have a diminishing pot however that is all we know. I could be bullish and say as part of the deal that we receive payments to fund us drilling for the foreseeable future but that would be as foolish as stating that we are broke and don't have the money to even start drilling Pepas without doing a substantial raise. The truth is that either position may not be true but speculating one way or the other is just that ,(speculation) so as I said we will all just have to wait to see the outcome.

Seingred have you ever considered that the regulatory approval may have required a change to the contract which both parties are renegotiating to tick all the boxes for approval. You keep harping on about funding without knowing what has been agreed so it's pointless inventing some hypothetical problem untill it's published that the problem actually exists. Let's all for a change wait until we can actually see what's involved in the deal before assuming the worst.

Seingred don't be ridiculous the timescales are not Brads at all and anyone with an ounce of sense can appreciate it's out of his control. Regarding your comment on funding then there is no evidence to suggest there is a funding shortfall for the initially drill programme. Very negative Seingred and it's not just you making points of concern for others. Glass half empty as usual but will immediately change to a glass half full once we begin drilling no doubt. It's easy to ride the positivity wave when it's fashionable and safe to do so whilst others have the courage of their convictions and will nail their colours to the mast fully backing their investment decision.

In fact you have used the opportunity to cause arguments and use the information just to ridicule and bolster your negative agenda.

We are undervalued yes and there are lots of reasons for this. Firstly market sentiment is a factor and has now bottomed so that hasn't done us any favours along with being in C and M plus lack of any news flow.

Juniors are valued on the deposit size and grade minus the difficulties of extraction.

Valuations are also based on projected cash flows and projected earnings minus cash burn and this is often dependant and influenced by metal prices at the time.

A drill plan, good results and newsflow have a massive effect.

MCAP value and shares in existence is also a factor.

Investors also play a big part and big institutions investing gives great stability as their brokers normally have great industry clout and media presence. It also helps if you have a decent project partnership to share costs and resources to reduce costs.

No doubt I've left a few things out but that's my understanding of it.

Despite all the negativity and posters trying hard to walk the price down I must say that the SP seems to be holding up quite well all things considered. It's in a narrow range and sitting there waiting for take off. So all you negativity merchants please keep up the good work as it's not having much of an effect.

Nookie Brad is being accurate when he says he doesn't know when the deal will conclude. He's also being truthful when he says he is frustrated. He gets slated if he gives us a deadline that passes and is slated for causing frustration if he doesn't. Best part is that all this will be forgotten when the deal is over the line and the SP recovers.

Johnstoneo anyone with a 20p average should not be giving advice on this share. They should be begging that Brad co.ea to their rescue and spares their blushes in making such and investing blunder. Oh dear Johnstoneo, your negativity has no bounds. I will simply answer by stating that Brad has been gagged for the past 3 yrs and has the operational direction dictated to him with no say. It is hard to harshly judge him on those constraints. He will soon be driving the operation and control the news releases so let's judge him on that.
