Jakbal theses a vast difference between being p@ssed off and making serious unsubstantiated accusations in print. We can all get frustrated and become keyboard warriors but it's a sobering experience once the letter hits the doormat.

I would also warn posters about making false claims of fraud as Breaktwister has just done. This is a public forum and would be subject to Libel action should someone make false unsubstantiated accusations like Breaktwister has just done. At this rate Brad won't need to draw any wages and could comfortably survive on the proceeds of successful libel claims.

anyone thinking they can take some sort of action against brad is deluded. they obviously do not understand the workings of aim and the lack of regulation. i have seen concerted efforts in the past not getting anywhere even when the weight of evidence is tenfold to what it is here. perhaps a letter to brad asking some pertinent questions would be a better and more constructive use of ones time but why bother when you can ***** and scream on here eh.

Nookie you could look at it another way. Interest rates going to be cut mid September in the US and will continue to be cut till end of year at least according to forecasters. Price of gold already flying so if we cross the line in September then our ducks will be aligning at the right time.

Seingred it's not just me claiming the deal was close awaiting regulatory approval but that was OMIs latest tweet at the time so it was a fact and still is. As stating that I know nothing, then in my defence at least I read the twitter feeds and correspond with Brad and do general research so that's about all I can do however I notice you seem to pick on trivia here yet when some idiot claims they are reporting Brad to AIM for misleading shareholders you don't call it out as pointless and a waste of time which we all know it is. We all know AIM is renowned for it's lack of regulation whereby in the past Chairman have actually lied big time opposed to Brad who merely had dates that drifted as they were out of his control. Anyone not understanding that the AIM market is high risk and high reward really should not be invested here. In our case we have taken the risk and the reward is just around the corner for those with the belief and guts to see it through.

Investors are down but if you. cant leave your investment for any length of time then you shouldn't have invested the money in the first place. Those investing longer term will be rewarded handsomely here but those short term investors who can't let the investment ride are the ones who seem to be making the most noise. I'm comfortable riding this out till Brad leads us to the promised land. To those who can't wait then the clock is ticking.

Twister not wild speculation at all. My belief in Brad doing the right thing is based on my correspondence with him and that of others. There are plenty on here including yourself who are clearly frustrated and without any direct correspondence or proper insight try to evoke doomsday scenarios to justify their daily misery. Those who have bothered to write to Brad are more relaxed that everything will come good and just sit back having a wry smile at some of the speculation that is circulating. I can clearly see what camp you are in Twister hence why your comments regularly raise a titter to anyone reading from the other camp.

No twister you said there should be, I then said there may be but we don't really know so get it right. Is there anything you can share based on your correspondence with Brad that makes you speculate in certain areas. If not then like I said it's speculation tainted by your personal frustrations rather than any snippet Brad has provided. I will say again that you don't see this wild speculation from those who have recently corresponded with Brad or perhaps their opinions are not as tainted due to them being a little more assured that everything will come good here.

Twister you do not know though do you. To be honest it's annoying that a few posters engage in wild speculation based on no more than their personal feelings of frustration. I would have some sympathy for those speculating on something they had picked up via an e mail to Brad. There are those who have corresponded recently with Brad and they are the ones not posting wild speculation that is way off the mark. Twister so try asking Brad some questions and you never know he may reply and surprise you.

Twister there may be some clauses in there that are time bound for some form of compensation but we don't really know. I'm sure all will become clear once this is over the line.

Breaktwister I'm unaware of any tweet or RNS stating the reason for the delay is our original plan has now been radically changed and we are now starting from scratch and forming a new JV . If that was being tabled then you would have had an update suggesting so. One can only go on the last plan of getting the keys back and starting to drill with the promise to bring Pepas to resource. There is always the possibility that we may JV once we get the keys back but that would be to messy to involve a third party if our deal is being close to being signed off. The mystery will be solved soon but I'm betting the delay is related to something like future smelting royalties or perhaps the liability of who takes the responsibility for restoration of any future mine post production. Saying all that, it's just me speculating and the delay maybe as simple as an interpretation of one of the many clauses so who knows

Breaktwister it won't take 6 to 12 months to get the new JV up and running. We have everything in place to embark on walk up targets and a desire to bring the asset to resource.

Some posters on here are akin to Chicken Licken. Once the acorn hit him on the head he went around telling everyone the shy was falling. Our version involves Chicken Licken style posters telling us we will run out of money, all our licenses will expire,  we have to do an immediate  raise before we drill, Brads robbing us by drawing a wage. Brad's a liar as he can't predict the deal date, we will suffer hangover from warrants, our board will not invest themselves.

Apart from the board currently not investing, the other issues are pure speculation which is driving a negative feeding frenzy. Let's hope normality will be restored soon once the deal is finally over the line.

Look guys no one told you to invest however all this jealously about Brad drawing his wages is just childish as he would be drawing a wage regardless of where the SP is or the state of our current deal. The delay has not changed the fundamentals here, we still have a walk up drill programme in place and control coming back to us which will be transformational compared to the previous news drought when we were partnered up and certainly whilst under C and M. The frustration frenzy here is making people act and post in strange ways but I'm sure normality will be resumed once the deal is over the line.

Micky have you got out of bed on the wrong side or something. The share price is stable and not collapsing despite the frustration and lack of news which shows that the majority of investors have faith and patience that things will come good very soon. Pity this faith was not transferred to some of the doomsters on here.

Seingred yea no doubt the Japanese raising rates didn't help but the US economy has been slowing down for some time and the FED missed the opportunity to cut when they should have . As you say it's all good for the gold market. Let's hope we can come out of this at the right time to take advantage of the rising gold market.
