It is great to hear high profile US FDA officials discussing SNG001.
It is equally fantastic for shareholders to know we have a placebo Phase3 live and increasing daily in patient numbers. Combine that with Activ2 and also U.K. Home Trial Phase2 results and we have one-off the most tested Covid19 drugs on this planet ( placebo tested).

“Data is King” we have the data being gathered.

Manufacturing upscale is happening behind the scenes. Synairgen needed to prove they can meet large Government stock pile orders. We now have duel manufacturing capability ( Belgium and USA).

Anyone doubting what has been achieved by this company should look back to this time last year.

Yes we are investors and would love to see the share price hit £10+ tomorrow, however what is more important is that Marsden and the team lay down the infrastructure to support that increase.

It is happening and the next 4-8 weeks will be the most exciting for Synairgen to date.

I am the first to admit my frustrations for the Recovery trial. They have clearly lost the plot trialing Aspirin. Blood thinning should be mandatory with Covid19. Why test it?

Anyhow my point is we have more exciting thinks to tweet about. In my opinion this will only increase next week if our man from Serbia is correct.

Horby and Landray need to be held accountable for their failed drug trials, their misleading of parliament and their obsession with recruitment for low efficacy drugs at the sacrifice of New High Efficacy drugs like SNG001.

Horby in q252 mislead the select committee. How many lives could have been saved if he had highlighted the Home Trial and set it as a Government priority?

The part that makes my blood boil is question 252.
Early intervention. We had a live Phase2 trial running which Horby failed to mention.

News would never land today. There would be shouts of Insider Trading. Not even Aim is that silly.

However there are plenty of reasons why someone is losing up:
1. Activ2
2’Phase3 go live outside of U.K.
3. Potential of Licensing deal
4. EUA (probably too soon)
5. One seller out so new seller in TR1 due ?
6. LOXL2 update
7. Someone is about to bid for the company ( I think next month onwards is more likely)

What ever happens in the world. Synairgen has major trials running. No matter how much Recovery Tweet about recruiting more patients, we have up to 19 other countries to fill our trials.

New sites are joining every week. We have Urgent Priority Status. The Decision makers on the ground will want to SaveLives with high efficacy drugs. They will prioritise SNG001 over Aspirin!

Some things to note.

The interview was not live. We are closer to updates than some think !!

The NIHR backed URGENT trial has more sites signed up than officially started (U.K.) there is no reason to doubt that we will recruit 20 sites. Tim W and Sir Stephen have plenty of contacts !

It is likely USA will be starting Phase3 trials and Activ2 trials at the same time.

Final issue about individuals that are more interested in recruitment than outcomes in the U.K. This is being reviewed and I would expect the U.K. strategy to change, especially following the E484k news today.

As I have said from the start. SNG001 has now 16 years development behind it. This broad spectrum anti viral drug will be a go to drug across the world. The team at Synairgen know this, it’s just taking a little time for others to catch up.

As for the share price, well IMHO that will look after itself #endgame

The U.K. Brazilian and South African strains have all developed E484.
This natural mutation will continue and could be accelerated by the Governments vaccine strategy.

Ultimately Antibody treatments will be diluted the further the virus mutates. I can’t emphasis loud enough the requirement for the U.K. Government to expedite treatments like SNG001.

We need to lobby MP’s and Press until someone acts. This negligent approach is already causing loss of 1000’s of lives.

Today the Recovery trial announced a new drug they will now trial on the Recovery trial. This will mean there is even less space for high efficacy New Treatments to complete their urgent hospitals trials. Surely the ethically correct thing would be to dial down the Recovery trial ?

I would love to see Sir Stephen Holgate replace Peter Horby and Martin Landray on the Recovery trial.

It is clear the chuckle brothers are out their depth.

They are filling a large but order.
They need shares abs holders are not selling. So they take the price down using A trades to flush out sellers. When the order is filled the price will recover. The buy order will appear either this PM or Monday. It’s been happening all week. Low volume allows the MM’s to play games.

100% agree LSE Jungle is not the place for that info.
If hospitals are struggling they should reach out to Prof W direct, who will be happy to support them into the trial.

MrB I agree. I believe Activ2 will drive the takeover. Moving quickly onto Phase 3 could trigger an order or EUA. I believe at this point our US pharmaceutical friend will pounce.
Marsden has made it clear from the start this will get to big for them.

The Marsden video for me made SNG001 immune to negative news. There is a clear route to approval. The world needs a broad spectrum anti viral and will continue to need one.

I expect a major pharmaceutical will try a cheeky bid within the next 6-10 weeks. Having waited nearly a year, there is no way I’m missing this even. #endgame

I just popped in to the jungle to say how proud I am to be a shareholder in this fantastic company. Listening to Marsden today reinforced every buy and hold decision I have made here. Yes I am emotionally attached to the company after close to 12 months of being a shareholder, but for good reason.
Little Synairgen is growing up fast. We are being noticed and approached by the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world.
We have a patent collection that spans Interferon Beta and Lambada (inhaled) which will be worth billions off the back of a successful Phase3. We have one of the best BioBanks in the world.

I realise we are awaiting results and their is a risk, however the team have 16 years experience of this drug yes 16 years and when Sir Stephen says it’s safe and works on Sky News I believe him.

The next few weeks will be ultra exciting. Yes we will have other treatments and new vaccines which is excellent news, but for me and my investment I am delighted with what we have in Team Synairgen!

SNG001 is a broad spectrum anti viral treatment will kill many types of virus and will wipe the floor on these sad people who spam out board with negativity.

We should all be concerned about the mutations, especially America. Just yesterday California confirmed they had identified two new strains.
Anyone thinking antibody treatments are the answer, are misguided. Yes they will help the fight, but as every day ticks on, it is becoming very apparent that we need broad spectrum anti virals like SNG001 desperately.

SYNAIRGEN has duel manufacturing now. Both Belgium and America. The US stock will be made to supply North and South America. Our US manufacturer can seriously ramp up stock. Biden will be happy as both medicines and nebuliser can be branded “made in USA” ticking that box.

We will not license US, maybe India !

He has dismissed all the other news which could land any day. For anyone who believes in what could happen here they wouldn’t want to be shorting or selling.
