Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
On the Phase3 trial no one knows if it is required.
Synairgen has been working closely with regulatory bodies since February. If you add in all the Phase2 data, safety data and market surveillance data, they might just get emergency use agreed.
Martin Landray who called the SNG001 trial Small heads up the recovery trial. The politics involved here is shocking. It feels like there is a Oxford Club with the ear of Matt Han****.
I think some internal medics are getting equally frustrated. Look at the NIHR tweet yesterday backing SNG001!
When have you heard a politician back the Home Trials ?
Time to expose this gentlemen’s club !
Should see a good day here. Who thought we could buy at this level ever again ?
Morning
A number of companies were impacted yesterday.
I believe it was a combination of MF and Trump.
Following more overnight press, it’s clear both were wrong in content and substance.
The team at Synairgen have also confirmed nothing has changed.
As for the phase 3 comments, no one knows. I would have thought MHRA would have told Synairgen by now if Phase3 was required. Synairgen are combining COPD, Covid19 and Asthma data with all other data and safety data to justify emergency status.
Miggy the MF article had more holes than my Sunday socks. It was a clear attempt to attack the company and potentially short the share price. I reported them to the FCA, not that they will do anything, more therapy for me !
As you know I think highly of the team at Synairgen. The made us wait for the Hospital trials and they are doing the same for COPD. The amount of data points from the COPD data will support our EDA. Safety should not be an issue.
My frustration is ongoing with the lack of Government support for the Home Trials. This stinks. I see someone posted the Guardian article on here. Dr Martin is only interested in the recovery trials he heads up and dismisses everything else. He is mates with Han**** and his Oxford besties.
Shocking really given The Home Trials are first ever and will save lives. But no mention !
Says it all really.
Miggy you make an excellent observation as always. The shares sold don’t warrant the total drop. £75m wipes off the business in a couple of hours. IMO they will drop if they can first thing and then it will bounce hard. The US Institutions will be taking advantage IMO.
Richard mentioned August in his briefing on the 20th “next month”. He also mentioned August on Sky news.
I see no reason for the fall unless Leonard are another holder has sold a large chunk. I don’t see this as a leak.
I expect a shake tomorrow below 200p Might even hit 180p to trigger more stop loss and then a steady recovery North.
Interestingly I think the II buyers were happy to see the fall and they will turn on their buying very soon.
As always DYOR. This is AIM there are no rules for the MM’s !
Well 5 more trading days in August.
Let’s see how many delayed trades land from yesterday !
Will we have a MegaMonday ??
GLA
I agree.
I am here to the end.
We are so close to news. I expect both COPD and Peer Review back to back.
Wouldn’t want to be out of this share this week !!!
TrinityMan
Synairgen has been a fantastic experience. I agree there has and continues to be some outstanding knowledge and posters. Back in Feb / March we all researched Synairgen and similar companies and reviewed research from across the world. As we built our knowledge pool the a picture developed and I think we all added more than normal into the SNG pot. I remember many doubters and trolls tried to weaken our mindset. We faced a huge headwind of three sellers and a placing. In that time the share price reached 70p and then dropped to a low around 32p. What a ride.
It was the team effort that kept me focused, that and the outstanding team at Synairgen. As world trials using Interferons increased and results started to appear more
And more positive, our belief increased and so did the displeasure of the trolls! Then mad Monday happens, I think I will remember that day until I die. 7am RNS the headline 3 statements were MASSIVE! That day made the last 8 years of AIM PAIN worth it.
Looking forward I will again show some caution and warn anything can happen this is AIM. However I, like many others, believe this is worth a minimum £1billion at take over. £6.33 per share. I expect to see COPD results soon. Let’s not get disappointed if they don’t land tomorrow, as RM confirmed there are multiple data points against multiple virus. FDA and MHRA emergency applications must also being expedited. Let’s also not forget our friends in Auss. LOXL2 has huge potential still and news is due there as well.
Like most I have sold some of my holding. However I had to keep some skin in the game and I believe we won’t be disappointed.
Sleep well all and here is to a fantastic month for all still invested.
That’s another 3mish of delayed trades shown up from yesterday.
Wise words Sheriff!
Things hotting up into close.
Would want to be out of this over the weekend.
Research research research !!!
Nolupus how lovely to see you bragging about the size of your investment. I am surprised how “big” your investment is given your months of negativity towards SNG :-)
I agree always look at Botha sides to an investment and if happy buy. But your commitment to subtle negatives is above and beyond ;-)
Happy Friday. News Monday ???
GLA
Just added up roughly 2m+ delayed trades printed this evening from yesterday. Could be Lansdowne selling more?
Very nice to see the £346k trade after hours today. Should be another strong day tomorrow.
COPD could land anytime !!!
I have moved some serious funds into SYME.
I believe in the company model. With a much distressed share price IMO this offer significant upside. Obviously do your own research before pressing buy !
Very good day today as we build towards news.
Look at those delays from yesterday.. around 1.2m. This was happening pre news before.
Quite simply anything could happen here. The board are plugging on the leaks, so we are left guessing. It’s getting g exciting !
The three bullet points in my message came from Consillium. Nothing new, however it is nice to here from a actual source linked to the company.
There is so much crap flying around. Manifesto if you don’t like reading my posts filter me, simple.
I think we will have a busy August.
COPD news is now overdue IMO and could land any time.
Peer review might take until the end of August latest.
Home trials is a mystery. No one at the company is willing to comment on this which is frustrating. I believe they are proactively targeting spike areas.
FDA and MHRA application will happen at different times, as the data will be different in both. I personally hope the FDA approve fast track and we can start targeting the key states in America.
On the comment I sold out, nope. I have taken a large chunk out so I can put the money into a non share based investment. I believe it’s important when you make a win you have something to show for it years down the road. Be it a car, house or watch.
Back to the drug. This is the biggest winner IMO and needs priority approval before the next wave.
I could call out the posters by name. The constant trolling the subtle deramping you know who you are.
There is always things to research IMO. That’s the joy of investing.
The most exciting news IMO is the COPD news and then home trials. The Peer review will take 3-4 weeks from start.
We know the COPD data looked encouraging from the chairman statement back in September. This data IMO could add £1 overnight to the share price.
I have no agenda here. I recommend everyone to research before pressing buy. I like the board and I think SNG001 will revolutionise medicine. I make no apologies for being pro SNG, I was constantly trolled before hospital news. As I say DYOR and make up your own mind !
After all the trolling and scaremongering pre news I try and avoid LSE chatrooms.
Anyway I reached out for some facts :
further analysis of the recently announced positive results from SNG001 trial in hospitalised COVID-19 patients. Synairgen intends to publish the complete dataset in a peer reviewed journal in due course.
interim analysis of the SG015 trial of SNG001 in COPD patients - results of this interim analysis continue to be expected this Summer.
The at home trial remains a priority and Synairgen will provide a further update to the market once there is a material development to share.
I know many on here do subtle deramping, however one thing all investors should realise after 15 days back.... no one on this board knows anything, it’s all speculation. I recommend you research yourself and if you believe like I do in this drug, you will continue to hold. GLA and try not to listen to the normal Mr and Mrs know all’s !
Great post Charlie1984
The are some misguided individuals on here who refuse to move on from the past.
Seeing SD get more involved in this business is excellent news. It looks to me GR is getting the house in order prior to news flow.
PREM can bag very easily on good news. GLA
