AUDIOBOOM is different in several key ways:
• It does not own exclusive content or IP – creators retain control
• It does not own the end audience – distribution is via Apple, Spotify, YouTube etc
• It operates as a monetisation and ad marketplace platform, not a content studio
• Buyers can replicate large parts of BOOM’s model internally if they choose
Because of this, BOOM is valued more like ad-tech / media infrastructure, not a premium content owner. Those businesses historically sell for 1.5–3× revenue, not 5–6×.
If sold at even 1.5-3x revenue means that AB Would be sold at no more than £10. Maybe the way to go is to increase their revenue.
