On the morning of the Skrill announcement the SP was £4.19, by mid afternoon it had peaked at about £5 60.Since then it has drifted back down, So I think the completion of this deal is bigger than entry to the ft250, bigger than California allowing online gambling, and also bigger than the end of year figures coming in on target. .

When the Skrill deal was announced I'm sure I remember Mr Leonoff say the we would now be the 2nd biggest payment processing company after PayPal, but surely company's such as Google payment ,Amazon, Worldpay ect; will all still be bigger than Opay/Skrill. Can anyone advise, thank you.

Ever since the excitement of the Skrill announcement the share price hasn't stopped falling. What I think will turn it around are, 1. The Skrill deal being finally completed, then I think the bigger funds will get interested. 2. When the FT 250 admission is official, once again I think the fund managers will start buying.3. Some good news from Macau, and 4 the icing on the cake, California announces the introduction of on-line gambling. It's all possible!.

Sorry, i forgot to add, has a good credit rating and is heading for a main listing.

Opay is a successful company that keeps growing, it has taken over Skrill, Fans, and has a new contract with Moola, So would someone please explain to me why the Share Price keeps falling?.

On the day the Skrill deal was announced, the SP started the day at £4.19 and shot up to £5.60, this was supposed to take Opay to a new level, and yet here we are back at £4.19 ( after the rights issue £4.19 equates to £2.60. ) I think Opay will come good but this drift down is hard to take.

Why does LSE have Opay share price down 32%at £1.90, obviously a mistake and not very professional.

today's close is the equivalent of £4.19 before the rights issue and yet when the news broke that Opay had bought Skrill the S P flew up to about £5.60, this was supposed to be a transformational deal yet everyone seems to have lost interest allready, I still think Opay will come good in the long run, but I would be more comfortable with the SP around the £3. mark.

Opay gave us an update last year on the 21st of May, will we get one this year on the same date?

I wonder if this fall in the SP is because of Kames Capital, the have been gradually selling for about the last 12 months, once they sell there final 3% hopefully the SP will start to rise.

Magnetar; closed there 2.25% short on 5th of May, and Susquchanna closed there .95% short on the 6th of May. Glad to see the back of them.

after the rights where taken up, the brokers where left with 3.23%. Does this mean the brokers are selling them into the market just know, if that is the case that would explain why the SP is slipping. Also last week on the FCA. Shorts web site there where 4 companies shorting Opay now there are 3, so one has dropped out.

I would love to know why anyone would sell Opay shares just before the rights issue, they could have sold them for the £5. 50's just over a week ago, but they wait untill 2 days before they can buy more at £1.66. It really is a mystery to me.

Thanks to Chris, Iggly and GSmiley for your comments, I supose the question is do I sell at £5.20 or wait untill the end of April when i will have a shares ( average price £3. ) I would imagine the SP will drop to around the £ 3. Mark once the rights issue has taken place.

Does this mean, if I buy a share today at £5.34, i will get to buy another share for £1.66 at the end of April, I would then have 2 shares at £3.50 each ???

this drop is surely overdone, I have seen company's issue profit warnings and there SP has not fallen as much, unless of course Kieth Butcher is the Luis Suarez of the financial world in which case Joel Leonoffs new signing better be something special.
