I would imagine most companies are going to be announcing similar RNSs like this over the coming months, we are not alone.

You start to wonder how low can this go, we now have a market cap of £66m, at what stage does a tier one, like Bosch or whomever decide to take a punt, or Aviation, why buy a licence when for a bit more you could buy the company.
I always thought 2020 was the year See came good, recently that was pushed out to 2022, my target is now 2023.

If See where to win VW and Toyota, along with the contracts we already have, we would be the dominant force in DMS, but according to Paul the OEMs won’t let that happen, therefore the only way to prevent it, is if the major OEMs use more than one supplier, for instance, Eyesights, USA contract ( I think )has to be with one of the big three, since all we got from FCA was a A$6m contract, well you can guess the rest, there is also talk of See doing something in South Korea, since SEYE have already announced a deal with Hyundai/Ka, that could be another shared contract, let’s not forget BMW, is it possible they will continue using both us and SEYE, smaller OEMs like Volvo would only have one supplier, I still think that when you add on Vans, Trucks and coaches, if we can get close to 40% market share See will be a great investment and with an SP of 3.70, if you can’t triple or quadruple your money by late 2022 I’ll be very surprised..........just my opinion.

The Downside.

We all thought it was great when Nick bought shares at the fund raise, but what happens if an RSN comes out telling us Nick has sold his holding ?.

I would also remind you Ken had a substantial holding, did it make him a better CEO.

Let’s not forget, Byton is made, and due for release in China, I guess that will be delayed now.

Colin, clearly bows a lot more about DMS than I do, but SEYE ending up with only 5% I find very hard to believe.

Doe anyone have more accurate dates about when we actually hit the Showrooms.
As far as I’m aware, the CT6 is still on sale in the USA and China, the CT5 will be in the showrooms any time now, the CT4, and the Escalade will be later this year.
I think the Byton is now on sale in China.
The S Class is the end of this year.
BMW is 2021.
Are there any dates yet for FCA or Ford.

I know that the revenue for the full year was £808k, ( which the market was disappointed with ) but I’m having a problem with the £514k debtors. With my limited knowledge of accountancy, if the £514k can’t be accounted for in 2019, does that then mean, when it’s paid, it will be added on to the first half of 2020, if so, then the first half figures should be very impressive.

In all this weeks excitement I forgot all about Byton, did they launch their new car, if they did I hope it went well for them.

Who ever is doing the buying at Lombard has put his job on the line, especially after the Woodford disaster, to own almost 20%of an AIM company is quite a gamble, I don’t think Paul would be stupid enough to give preferential treatment to Lombard and not the others, other wise no one would touch Seeing with a barge poll, my hope is that Lombard have contacts in the industry, and have reason to believe there is a very good chance the big contracts are coming our way, otherwise, Lombards fundmanager is going to be looking for a new career.

I’m sure I read a while ago, they also have the Seat (vw) contract in Spain.

At the last proactive interview there was no mention of BDMS, curious to know if it came up yesterday. Thanks again guys.

On September 2018, SM announced on agreement to sell its first BDMS, it wasn’t until the following June, 9 months later, we finally got the RNS telling us it was a 2.2m deal with an American car company. Two or three years ago Semi Cast told us it can take up to 9 months between SM being told they have won a RFQ and putting it out as an RNS, I would imagine a licence contract can take even longer.

Can I just remind everyone, this useless manager took the SP all the way to 12, 13, 14p, you could all have sold and made a nice profit, but you didn’t, because, like myself you were greedy, just out of curiosity Baxter what price were you waiting for, 20, 30, 50p.

S2020, I’ve been thinking about that Progress Rail license you told us about yesterday, that 30m staggered over the next 3 years is great news, We had an RNS on September 2017, but no money was mentioned, surely with this money there would be no need for another fund raise.

Since the year end results, the buys have actually been quite steady, but sadly on an almost daily basis a large sell appears to pull us back down again.
I’m guessing it’s the institution’s that bought in at 3p top slicing, once they’re finished we should hopefully take off.
