Smart Eye are in the same business as us, and yet over the last 2 months there SP as remained steady around the mid 60s SEK, and ours has crashed, why ?
1. The Fleet profit warning.
2. There is clearly a II selling down, every day there are far to many similar trades going through, they have to run out eventually.
I remember with HH after about 3 months of constant selling, I think it was a Tuesday about 11am suddenly a trade of £800k went through closely followed by a trade of about £300k, HH where out, within minutes the SP was up about 18%, I’m hoping history repeats itself.
The fact, Smart Eyes SP has remained pretty steady I think is a good sign, there investors obviously feel DMS has a strong future.
I don’t think we should have to wait to much longer for our update on Fleet, I’m afraid these things take time, Ken has been badly let down with the shortage and price of Capacitors, I’m sure he would have brought them out earlier if possible.
As I’ve said before, all these cars coaches trucks and airlines are going to have to get there DMS from someone, why not us.
I guess everyone has googled the number of flight simulators there are, but for anyone who hasn’t, according to Wikipedia in June 2018 there were 1,250 commercial airline simulators in service, and that number is expected to double over the next 20 years,so along with Airline Cockpits and Air traffic control, Aviation could become a very lucrative business on its own.
When the SP went to 13/14, while the rest of us caught take over fever, the sensible investors like Gervais Williams( Miton) realised it was time top top slice, that caused the SP to drift down to 10p..........then came the Fleet profit warning, not Auto just Fleet, we then fell to the mid 6s, which I think was over done, thankfully the SP then climbed into the high 7s,.........then came the market correction, all though the AIM is down just over 20%, it’s the non profit making/ jam tomorrow companies ( like See ) that usually take the biggest hit, there are a host of companies in the same position as us, the upside is when the tide turns, which it will do eventually we are the ones that will benifet most.

Baxter, everyone is concerned about the share price, including the cheerleaders, we could all come on here and moan, but it wouldn’t make the slightest bit of difference, I would rather have posters remind me of the fact we have under contract, GM, Merc, BMW, Ford, there is every possibility we could sign another 4,5, or 6, OEMs, guardian 3 could come out and turn Fleet into the success we always expected it to be, and let’s not forget Aviation, I remember you where on this board last April complaining when the sp was about 5p Whithin 4months it was 14p. my glass is half full.

Like everyone else I never expected to see the sp at this level again, and it is a worry, but the fact is a host of OEMs, Truck and coach manufactures have still to announce who they are getting there DMS from, and I still think A number of those contracts will come our way, and that alone could get the sp back into double figures, I don’t expect much from rail, but aviation, in time, will also contribute to our success, I have no idea what’s going on with fleet, but it must surely have some value, clearly this is just my opinion.
Sorry, according to Viktor the 4 design wins are worth 125m Sek.......which I think is just over £10m.
Announce a Sek12m (£10m ) contract and there shares drop 4%, this is a tough market.
Over the last 12 months we have secured design wins with, Byton, BMW, Ford and introduced BDMS,( one customer so far ) also we are closer to our first Aviation contract, come 2022/2023 most new cars will have DMS......the future looks good.....the one big disappointment was Fleet, but even that could still turn out to be a winner...... once this Market Correction bottoms out our SP will start climbing.
If it takes About 6/9 months for an OEM contract to be signed, is it insider dealing if a Director buys shares during that period, if so, then over the next couple of years, with more contracts coming in ( hopefully ) when can a director buy shares.
S7, it’s obviously possible See may not pick up any more OEM contracts, they may struggle to find someone to take over Gaurdian, and Aviation, Rail, and BDMS May come to nothing, in which case I would agree with you, on the other hand, if you have the opposite view then this is definitely a buying opportunity......DYOR.

My target was always 12p by 2020, therefore I think this is a buying opportunity, I’ve just added a few more, and I expect to double my money.......just my opinion.
Today’s fall was definitely not company specific, around 2.30 today the AIM collapsed, and panic set in, if you look at all the popular aim shares, they all had large falls, even Smart Eye, for the very brave, this may turn out to be a terrific buying opportunity.
This last few weeks, there seems to have been quite a few of these very small trades, I just don’t understand how these investors can make any money, or is there some hidden meaning for them.
By all accounts, GM Supercruise has been a great success, but as far as I’m aware SM still hasn’t won any more design wins with GM, or have I missed something.
Smart Eyes 5 other design wins must be Audi, ( unlikely to be BMW ) so I guess that’s one we are not getting.
The rumour was Denso/Fotonation had Subaru.
Cenkos, had a target of 19p, 7 for fleet and 12 for Auto, I don’t know where this leaves Fleet, but I would imagine the 12p for Auto will still stand, plus whatever Aviation and BDMS brings to the table,
I feel as if this is HH all over again, I guess it’s going to be like this until this seller and next Wednesday are out of the way, then Ken can releases the GOOD news and the climb will start all over again.
