DBC, there is no maybe, you are wrong. Not to be personal but apart from being a damper it is also really lazy. The RNS could not have been any clearer. At least go and read the RNS without skipping huge chunks of it.
No the licences are for 12 years, but there is a condition attached, BPC must drill P1 by date xx xx xx that date has been extended for various reasons, the latest reason being covid.
Yes BPC have a 12 year licence, there is no way they would have thrown as much money at it as they have without having the right to the production leases if they strike. And thats what the RNS and other BPC releases seem to allude to.
"If BPC has met its licence obligations the grant of a production lease cannot be unreasonably withheld. Any such production lease would give the Company the right to produce petroleum from that production area for a term of 30 years (and with a renewal right on application thereafter)."

Egg, I guess the important thing is we all got to the final conclusion in agreement.
If Leno had got what they asked for back in May Titan would never had got an LSE account. But this is BPC and it has more twist and turns than a 50s rock n roll song

No just no, for example if I had filtered TitanAtlas I would never have found out he works for a financial institution responsible for BPC shares in the Bahamas. What he was doing here is far worse than anything Irene or Roseanne could dream up. Not to mention extremely illegal.
