For better or for worse23 Dec 2020 11:53
This is where we find ourselves, its easy to become disliked on here if you post anything remotely damp. But time for some brutal honesty, not many of us think the latest fund raising was a good deal but the hard truth is, that if those shares had not been hitting the market many of yours would have been.
Over the past few months a good number of people have posted their exit strategies on this BB. OK so we may have been lucky to hit 4p, but just how long do you think that would have lasted ?
375 million is a lot of shares, but so is 120 million, which one single PI on here owns, I do not know their exit strategy but they will have one whether that be 4p or 10p or 100p + and the day that PI starts selling the price plummets. That does not take into account those holding millions. Stop kidding yourselves that this share was ever going to rocket pre results.
Another poster on the BB made mention that they could have raised $10 million and done the same deal as the latest fund raise but for 10%. But the bottom line is how would that poster have sold those shares ? The answer is likely exactly the same way the hedge fund company are doing it now.
Its ok to be mad, its ok not to like how this went down, but its not ok to lie to yourself, most are pee'd off because they did not get to hedge their bet.
The other thing that I can not get my head around is how you all think posting your complaints on here helps ? You are preaching to the choir, we all already know the problems. That is why I suggested that you are better letting your grievances be known to BPC.
If you do not want any further 15% guaranteed shares sold to the hedge fund, write BPC with your grievance, flood them with complaints from share holders. I think you have 6 or 7 days left before they do that IF THEY CHOOSE because it is at BPCs sole discretion.
The risk is more evident now than ever before, if you have no appetite for risk you maybe should be out by now, or stay and risk watching this drop to sub 1p even 0.5p is not out of the question. From here on out it is all about gambling. If you invested more than you could afford to lose you were always over exposed. And if you thought that top slicing a share with 4.5 billion shares in the pot was gonna be a breeze, you were kidding yourself.
I know that out look is not popular, but its the stark truth, I have always been here for drill results and that remains my plan, but I only have in what I can lose, and the risk is substantial but so is the reward.
