It works in a simple manner, more selling than buying drives the SP down. There is a lot of selling to do judging by the low volume and not enough buyers taking it up.
I do not believe there is any limit to how many shares they can sell, except that they can only sell what they hold.

Zag, it is extremely important that you stick around, so that the toxicity is balanced out. As you know I will not filter anyone for that reason along with many others. Genuine investors like yourself are needed here.
