RE the flow test I wrote BPC after the last funding because I believed we were fully funded, it was mentioned before that the flow test was available so I wrote and asked. The reply was there was no intention to flow test P1

Unfortunately the days of rises at spud have gone, add to that all the FUD around the share and we are where we are.
Lets hope we get no more rubbish financing

Current share price is about right considering the 300,000,000 over hang. But the volume has improved which means it will get cleared quicker, will not happen over night but at least its started moving

Jamesbond, If you are referring to Nahaja Black, I know her personally (not name dropping) and Titan is not Nahaja.

Jamesbond, Titan works for a financial institution based in the Bahamas and connected to BPC
He was put out that the shares were not available to the masses, for some reason he has taken his frustration out on BPC rather than those in the Bahamas who decide such things.
He has claimed himself he has no problem with drilling on this BB, take from that what you will. He has made some pretty bold claims.

OM, they always crawl out from beneath their rocks when the good news comes.

Irene I think that is only because LSE are not aware that Titan works for a Financial Institution directly linked to BPC, he has posted as much himself along with a number of "telling" posts.
I do not wish to engage with him on BPC matters for that reason, but happy to battle him in other ways.

Titan why would I wish to engage in your criminal activity ?

Sorry Irene, it needs expanding on, Titan works for an Institutional finance company that has dealings with BPC shares. I hope that cleared that up

Titan you should be aware that being in the employ of a financial institution means you should not even be posting on these boards (check the rules for yourself) Your temporary ban could be made permanent if you are not careful.
You posted yourself that you work for a financial institution with a connection to BPC, do not say I did not warn you.

Although the overhang is going to take some time to clear, any RNS from now on should see an improvement in volume. Of course it will not make a big difference to the SP as any rises will be sold in to.
But with this legal nonsense now cleared up, should be a positive RNS and perhaps news on whether or not BPC decided to go ahead with the additional hedge fund raise.
