If the purchase of the remaining half of Recyclus gets approved over the next few weeks as planned via the issuance of shares (at 4.32p!) we will have around 2,200,000,000 shares out which at 1.3p equate to a market cap of £29mio. If you think that we sold 10% of one of our mining assets for £900,000 and therefore we can think that asset might be worth £9mio alone, we are attaching to the entire Recyclus and our remaining mining assets only £20mio value. In my opinion we have seen the bottom at these levels and I expect the following news later this year and next to start a share re rate, namely: confirmation that the rest of recyclus has been bought at 4.32p, licences to switch on the automated recycling of batteries at the two sites already built, offtake contracts for black mass, agreements with larger automotive institution to recycle batteries, sale as per interview in Q1 2023 of another 20% of the mining asset bringing in £1.8mio to assist with corporate costs etc. Time will tell if I'm correct.
