Been holding a decent position for a while and have added 250,000 this morning. I'm of the opinion that momentum is building and we might revisit the 15p area seen in April during December. Let's sit back and wait. DYOR

I have seen that Arden have confirmed a few days ago in a new research note that the Recyclus buy-out makes the valuation of TM1 much more transparent and direct and reiterated their 7p target price and BUY recommendation. Let's sit back and wait as in my opinion the 100% ownership of Recyclus is game changing for TM1. DYOR

Small raise and minimal dilution and ‘commencement of meaningful cash flow production’ sounds good to me. Seems to me that having brought Oberon as new broker has allowed new institutional money to come in which was needed to get the recycling started.

Couldn’t agree more, a slight delay in the spud is more than offset by the massive news of generating significant revenues a year earlier than planned with AEX fully carried to production.

Full year results out with update as already communicated.

In my opinion this RNS means that they are truly working to complete the deal by the end of November. Hopefully the deal, which in my opinion is likely to be into a European asset with small production and production uplift potential, will see a x2-x3 mcap uplift after raise which in turn should bring enough interest to allow in this market the closure of a cash raise. Time will tell, but in theory should be very interesting and low risk for such small mcap company with a different strategy, as clearly the Leslie P strategy has not delivered. Time will tell, let's sit back and see.

MarcoArco agree with you and TapWater that it makes matters clearer by having full ownership of Recyclus in TM1. I have increased my position over the last few weeks around these levels as I think that the licenses will eventually land and also the fact that Oberon coming in as a joint broker will allow institutional money to come in if needed in addition to all the PI money gone into TM1 up to this point. I think we will move up towards that 4.3p price once the licenses and recysling deals get announced, just a waiting game at present and a buying opportunity for the ones who wish to buy on the lows. Time to wait. DYOR

Agreed. Think that interest in graphite is really growing now and hope that we will break out now from this downtrend and move towards 50p as a start. DYOR

Just bought a few as the downside is limited by the massive cash element which at this pace will be equal to the mcap in a few months, leaving in my mind just some upside, which in turn will be affected by the board's future plans. Who knows but they might even be bought out. Time will tell and DYOR

Great RNS re Ireland and even better that it’s about Lithium and at no cost to TM. Re chfmetal, agreed longer wait than expected but I think that the addition of Oberon as joint broker and especially the Recyclus deal announcement will now lead to improved momentum in the recycling space.

Agreed my friend, if they complete in Q4 as anticipated we should see a strong year end.

Like the RNS and clearly deal expected October or more likely now November. As mentioned before on the back of previous RNSs my guess is that we will close a deal with the issuance of some shares and earn out on oil production. Due to our size I rather prefer to start the rebuild or new company with a small production asset, with development potential. As mentioned before, very much like that they are talking about a European asset which I like vs some less palatable jurisdiction. Time will tell but can see this doubling depending on raise size vs mcap uplift post raise. Time to sit back and wait a few more weeks for details.
