Very good presentation and really think the deal looks very good as structured and leaves loads of upside potential. Don't see a 10x as some seem to think, but personally think we will place more or less where the shares were suspended and provide investors with a good immediate gain when we relist and further upside thereafter. Time will tell, but call it a 10mio mcap post raise and start trading towards 20mio mcap, but it's all a guess at present. So time to sit back and wait another month or so. What is clear is that it's a great starting deal for BCE, with some production and upside in a very low risk jurisdiction; all thanks to a very strong management board which is key in any very small cap. Large buy this morning. Not surprised as we all know that we are now funded and 2023 will see hopefully soon licences and automated production and closure of purchase of 100% Recyclus.

Have been following FOG for a while and this looks like a very good RNS. Noticed recent Director's purchases. Q1 could be very interesting.

Looked at the presentation and think that the deal does look very good for a company of our market cap. It we can truly become self funding it would mean no further equity raises and dilution, which usually acts as a massive drag for any small cap, plus we are in an incredibly safe jurisdiction. Looking forward to the investor meet presentation on the 5th January.

Time will tell but bought some at 40. Last raise at 47 and IPO in March at 30p. A lot has happened since IPO and we all know that lithium will remain in deficit and demand for years to come. Dual listing in Q1 in the US. Scoping study first week of January will no doubt show the massive upside potential and drive some buying in an illiquid year end market. DYOR

Bought some more today, we all know that even with some churn this will go much higher into and during drill as they are now fully financed which is what was keeping most away pre placing.

Must admit that our CEO seems to know exactly what he is doing and an incredible deal maker taking every opportunity to enhance long term share value.

Agreed Glengarth, this deal is a game changer for TGR at a time when graphite prices are rising and enables the company to produce the amount of output required to become a big player in the space ex China, plus adds country diversification.

Looks pretty impressive for a company with a minute mcap. The key for me is the stable jurisdiction and having an asset which enables us to ‘ develop a self-funding, production-led platform for growth ‘. We will no doubt hear more about this transaction over the next few days.

Remain of the idea that the financing deal concluded is actually a very good deal in this market. Companies raising with straight equity need to give significant discount to try to raise any money and some even pull the raise completely as there is no liquidity at the discount crazy. If you also add the fact that the raise needs to be significant in size to make it meaningful after broker fees, the outcome would have been massive dilution at depressed prices with straight equity. The facility we managed to conclude will allow us massive flexibility to buy battery feed stock as soon as we start the automated recycling and will enable us to finally generate meaningful revenues . Tempted to buy a few more at these levels. DYOR

The acquisition of Suni Resources-Mozambique assets puts TGR in another league. Optiva have produced an updated research note and their conclusion is: 'post-acquisition of Suni Resources, has provided a large upside on the previous outlook put in place by Optiva Securities, we now estimate the long-run, unrisked NPV to be £314,700,000 (£2.79 per share) and the long-run risked NPV to sit at £173,300,000 (£1.54 per share). Our stated 12-month target share price is to be 80 pence per share.' DYOR

All coming together, probably a top up opportunity.
