Owl, agree MATD is set up for an exciting year and now funded on multiple fronts. Wells in Mongolia are incredibly cheap. In my mind I’m banking on the new well and license on Heron in Q2, but let’s see. A broker approached me yesterday to see if I wanted to sell most of my shares from the raise, I kindly declined saying that I will hold all until XX drill and my idea is to de-risk before XX results, but will derisk only little if the Heron license has been granted at that stage, as we have the money for that project and new wells there will almost be self funding when production starts. By the way the call had the opposite effect ie I bought another 500,000 shares. Time to go quiet and will register for 15th event. Enough from me DYOR

Strichen, liquidity on no news days is always very limited on TM1, personally I bought a few days ago at these levels, but we all have different views and requirements.

It looks from what we have seen in this announcement that this is a monster of a discovery and potentially much bigger than the company can say today. 164 Bcf would be ‘ a huge beast of a find’ and significant to not just the companies but also for the country.

Many congratulations to the management who have been determined as could be over the last few years and this is a monument to the patience of them and of course the shareholders. Partner choice was also critical in this respect which makes delivering the find easier without having to go through farm-out process.

Sold mine before results but really happy that holders have been rewarded.

Torino, who knows, but they seem to have cash and debt options. Time will tell, but this change of strategy could attract a lot of investors into a share with a mcap of 10mio and a smart board if they now add a non exploratory asset. Again no idea, but would you add Malaysia on the webpage if you were not convinced of closing a deal ? DYOR

I have put money into this raise and therefore not impartial, but I would definitely put money into the raise or in the market just above if you can’t get any. The exploration well is clearly risky but the company thinks it has a potential for a 50 bagger on its own and will attract some buyers, but more importantly I expect the long awaited license to land in the next month or two as pressure is mounting at central level, once granted the shares will re rate massively, as they were doing before this raise on the expectation of such license been granted this year. The only thing which could have held the shares back was a possible raise and that is out of the way. We are fully funded on all fronts. Therefore only positive news coming up for the next few months. There will be some taking profits on the raise return but most will wait until exploration well spud say in April/May and others beyond, so plenty time to churn and go up. As a result in my mind it’s unlikely that you will be able to buy below raise price imo. Enough from me DYOR

Tanzania have held shares here for a while and am waiting patiently as we are carried and not an explorer. Hope that the drill does go ahead in March as previously announced but nothing is certain as seen with one of my other holdings, HE1. Conversely if no negative news come out re drilling timeline this will start going up as we are only weeks away. DYOR

We all know that 2023 will be very exciting for AEX, seems to appear also on the radar of others from a technical perspective. Owl not sure about that. From my experience the greater the discount the more likely the upside.

WiseOwl, have relationship with brokers involved, does not always work out that way. MATD will in my view test the highs and possibly go beyond that, doesn’t take a lot as we know to move this share. DYOR and enjoy the weekend

Managed to get some shares in this raise, as for MATD, and have been massively scaled back on what I wanted and in the end bought a larger position in the market at 0.70. Think that these shares will perform incredibly well during Pre and during the drill. Time to sit back and enjoy the weeks to come. DYOR

Took part in the main raise and would like to let other investors know that my order was scaled back ie must have been even oversubscribed with larger $6mio raised. I have no intention of selling my allocation but seen today’s volume I don’t think that it will take long to churn whoever wants to get out at small profit. Broker target is around 19p and I’ll definitively think we’ll have a great few months ahead of us. Enough from me and DYOR

Personally think that the shares will do very well from here. We still have funds for the Heron side and hopefully in the next 1-2 months we get clearance on that, in the meantime we have money now for Block V which I guess will spud in March/April. new license might also arrive. So finally we will see some action and we are starting from a very depressed raise level. DYOR

I agree with Marco that the delays by the board to deliver on early promises have had a negative impact, but I have seen that with many of my companies ie always takes much longer than expected by the company. Many are just waiting to see the first permit land which will clearly be a game changer from a revenue perspective and the second one even more as revenues from the Lithium batteries is greater. What caused the drop below the previous 1.20-1.30 are yesterday were the 2 large sells yesterday at lunchtime for 8,000,000 and 10,000,000. Clearly the MM had a field day. Two such large sells are very unusual, might be a bank selling stock to cover their excess, margin call or similar. In my mind that has presented at these sub 1.3-1.4 levels a buying opportunity, as I really think that at least one license will land in Q1 and that will be a game changer. If that is the case I expect contract announcements etc. If I'm correct patience will reward us for buying when others are distressed sellers, only time will tell. DYOR

All expected, placed just above the Aug 22 raise at 0.52. Maybe wrong but can't see this staying around 0.55 for long, usually never happens or just for a very short time and thereafter it moves up. DYOR

Incredible, they clearly needed some cash to sell at 1p, in any case gave us an unexpected top up opportunity. DYOR

Only takes a few sells to drag it down as liquidity is limited, DYOR but I just added another 1,000,000 at 1.20 and happy to wait for licences to drop.
