Agreed, NvS does not top up for the sake of it, he knows that Zambia is the prized asset. Further RNSs due on many fronts, I should get some cash in two weeks and some will definitely come here if we are at these levels.

Judging AC from all action taken ie buy own rigs, getting a rating for cheaper funding etc he is very careful with his money, furthermore be aware that Genovese are seen as a Scottish equivalent in Italy ie very careful with their money. As a result I don’t think AC would gamble, but think that he has increased his stake to lower is overall price clearly driven by the fact that he knows what the Azeri assets are capable of delivering significant bpod increases vs today’s production once we have a (or two) drilling rig constantly on site which is getting closer.

Survey is a great idea and can’t wait to see the results especially when the RNS’s closing remark is ‘further targets identified’ . NvS knows exactly what he is doing.

Some today for the first time, as I have been watching the stock for a while. Time will tell if the shares will come back a bit once the 5.60 offer is completed, but if it were I would just pick up some more, as I really like the story. Well done to the early investors.

Very interesting indeed.

The reality is that nobody knows how much longer we have to wait with any of the companies in the O&G sector, but what we do know is that after many months of waiting we are getting closer to having a drilling rig on site and that’s for the foreseeable future ie first the rented one and subsequently our own. How many other companies of our size have their own drilling rig plus a credit rating, allowing cheaper debt borrowing? None of the small ones I see around on AIM. Have a great weekend.

This morning to my position, thinking rationally we are getting closer to any action, it’s as simple as that.

When I spoke last week with Andrea I had the impression as he never can provide non public info that A80 would have taken a short time 1-2 weeks to prep the well saving us 10s of thousands and shortly thereafter the rented more expensive drilling rig would appear. In respect of BD 260 I also think that we are getting closer to getting it to Azerbaijan but I suspect it might be later in Q4 before it’s all up and running. In any case this will get exciting from November imo which is just around the corner. Time to sit back and wait.

AR and China, fully agree and we all know starting from Nick that our Zambian asset is going to unlock a massive gain for shareholders and we have ongoing RNSs in this respect. These are the advantages of having such an asset in a stable jurisdiction with neighbouring billionaire and institutional investors already keen to get their hands on what Nick calls the prized asset.

Clearly this asset is transformational for ARCM as predicted by Nick from the beginning. Hold onto your shares and wait patiently is my view.

Exactly and hopefully as we both reached the same conclusion the resulting ‘stereo’ sounds might get through to AJ.

Aj if we can add say 100bpod pretty quickly and increase our cash flow immediately, it’s a sensible change of plan and Z21 will follow thereafter.

Get a job finished... exactly what they concluded by first taking on C37, as they think that this well will be the easiest and quickest to get finished and provide additional bpod and cash flow. The logic seems pretty simple, but happy to explain again if you are still unclear.

Some today as it looks to me that this 1.70-1.80 is a good base and with such limited float I want to start buying before people get excited in December. Low risk appraisal well with other prospects on the cards, what’s not to like.

Managed to speak briefly to Andrea and he explained that the change of first target as per RNS is purely a business decision taken after having concluded that C37 is an easier and quicker first target. A80 to start imminently and save some costs with the bigger more than expensive rig to follow in quick succession. All in all he is very relaxed and confirms that all is going to plan, hence increasing his position at these levels.

Fine for me to go ahead with the easier well first, they explained in detail why.
