Great update with plenty of activity all around to get finally going during 2019.

Virgin clearly interested and maybe the RNS has been done as others are also looking at the company, but pointless to speculate on the final outcome. I have sold part of the shares and kept shares equivalent to the profit as a play on hopefully a positive outcome. Time will tell.

Agree that usually gaps get filled, this can turn quickly just a matter of being patient.

Fully agree. Simply some profit taking by some and it will continue its uptrend. Remember there is a first gap to be filled with a top up to 31.5 and one previous one in the 40s and usually these are filled, just a question of waiting patiently. The reality is that there is no certainty but we are of interest to various parties and for the likes of Virgin or BA our price tag is small change.

And suggest that Andrea provides more every so often. This is probably THE top up opportunity if you take a longer term view; the only problem is that most have limited cash to top up yet again. Anyhow holding all my shares and waiting as usual patiently for an interesting 2019

I think this is a great result ie the board’s objectives have been met and in essence the ones who wanted to sell have now gone. Perfect scenario.

Agree with others and topped up further today. Share was held back by the offer and will imo now rerate in any case as the offer is closed.

There is definitely not going to infinite dilution, if they convert the amount of shares is set and that’s your dilution. Like every company with limited finances AC had to be creative go get financing to support the business and buy rigs which clearly have a cost but will result in a far greater saving versus renting drilling equipment non stop. In my opinion the last RNS is pretty clear in its purpose ie open now that we have a credit rating the possibility of cheaper debt financing if needed instead of equity dilution and this is clearly a very smart move by AC. Like everyone I’m very frustrated by the delays on the equipment but must admit that we will very soon be in a unique position with our rigs, it’s hard but a bit more patience is needed.

The RNS from 2 weeks ago was pretty clear ie A80 to do prep work (probably saving us $100,000 plus) followed by 180 ton rig contracted locally, next rns will come when A80 has concluded its work and 180 mobilised. Rns also stated that BD260 will focus on the proper drilling ie new wells. Relax and enjoy we are getting close to the proper kit starting.

My take is different. Share price up in a very difficult week, let's enjoy knowing that the upwards movement has just started and will continue in the weeks to come once our kit arrives and we finally get going. I had to be very patient with a few stocks in my portfolio and wait for a couple of years in some cases but the wait was well worth it, same for me applies here.

I’m not knowledgeable in the oil field but if the geology looks interesting why not checking it out. Would be interesting to have a view from our expert Intheno if he is still around. Another simple deduction of mine is that they understood that working over old soviet wells with limited data is a gamble and looking at newer wells is much safer. In any case the game will change soon as we will start drilling new wells next year with our kit.

When the RNS came out confirming C-37 as first target I asked Andrea why the change and he replied in a simple way ie ‘there is no strategy change but as Geological assessment is a continuous evolution and we found this target which looks even better.’ There is no certainty in this business, but Zen has got an incredible amount of targets whereby other small oilies have a crazy market cap on no production and higher risk one off binary drills, plus we will own by next year two drilling rigs and two workover rigs; what’s not to like if you are able to set timelines aside which is a must in this activity.
