There is no right or wrong. Averaging down is not easy, like with any stock you have to consider upside vs risks and overall % holding in your portfolio for diversification purposes and also if the story has changed from when you started investing, final element: luck.

B+ rating is superb for a company like ZEN. AC mentioned in the past that this was on the cards. As per his comments in the RNS this will tilt any future expansion funding to cheaper debt that any similar competitors and in turn reduce equity dilution. Furthermore any debt to be rolled over can be done on better terms. I can see this move up today.

Fully agree. Unbelievable to think that AJ still thinks that the company would address his questions after constant daily negative and repetitive posts. I have absolutely no problem in getting answers to my questions from Andrea. As a mentioned before we know, or should have understood by know, what happened in the past, what’s ahead matters. Enough from me.

For personal reasons. Interesting side was that the stock bounced up even with the sell.

Institutional fund coming in after their in depth due diligence is a great sign of confidence.

We all have our views and until now I didn’t get it right buying at higher levels. I have added at these levels, as done by AC, as I look at any investments on a risk reward basis when I buy or add. My interpretation at these levels is that the reward is far greater than the downside, especially as we also generate revenues. Time will tell as October will unfold.

Clear focus on our main asset and strategy which is always a top priority with any company.

Great news as done at a premium with new long term institutional investors who approached us, no wonder they know they are in for a massive return. Plus the entire board participated. This is the way to do a raise, but it’s all driven by the asset and management quality.

We are all, not just you, unsatisfied with the constant delays but it is pointless to remind us daily of what happened in the past, let’s look forward as shareholders who see the potential which this stock has to offer.

I think Andrea sends a great message of confidence otherwise he would not add to an already high shareholding. AJ as you are the technical expert on the board did we have a 180 ton drilling rig in Zardab before ?

In the RNS dated 18 May they concluded that a 150 tons rig was required, so I'm not sure why you are referring to 'a year later'. In any case enough posting from my side, time to relax and wait only a few more weeks for a lovely drilling rig to appear in our field which will clearly put ZEN in a completely different operational position versus the past..

You might be correct as we have been waiting for a long time here, and not just AJ’s patience (measured in minutes rather than days) has been tested, but in my opinion in a couple of months we will be much higher as I suspect that we will start to re rate as soon as the first drilling rig is operational which should be within a month from now.

Spoke with Andrea and he is upbeat as usual and basically confirms that actions taken have always the best economic interest of Zen at heart, for example the purchase of BD260. He confirmed that they are more selective on RNSs going forward and whilst working hard in the background only communicate key events not reported already. For example for Palmer’s replacement which has started as disclos d or BD500 which will also follow. I got the sense that he will not provide deadlines going forward as they got burned in the past for matters outside their control. To recap very positive and looking forward to rented drilling rig in October as communicated with BD260 also following. Remain of the idea that this is the time to purchase but do your own due diligence and be prepared for delays which are part of this business.
