Instinctively I was thinking that people exercising warrants would thereafter sell the resulting shares when they appear on their accounts, the more I think about it the more I assume that brokers want funds on the account to allow the exercise and if that is the case people exercising might when they do so have already sold the initial shares they held in the company to fund the exercise. Interested to see if there are views by others who have indeed exercised warrants in the past as the ones I held in the past always lapsed worthless.

Time will tell if I’m right but with such small MCAP and being now funded beyond 2026 as per last raise RNS I have take the opportunity to add another 1 mio shs close to where they raised. DYOR

Added another tranche earlier today; convinced AA is going to deliver again as done with Rockrose. Oman transaction effective 1 Jan 2025 and more to come no doubt. From a chart perspective think we are just starting another leg up. As many invested see this as a long term hold with as a personal target the highs of 500+ seen in 2022 when the company was not where it is today in it's journey DYOR

Like many, I don't like this kind of RNS, but I see as a positive the fact that the board has elected to get paid in shares, rather than cash, and warrants, which keeps them aligned in delivering a successful company and does not erode our liquidity. In addition they might have done it at this time, because they truly think and know that this is the bottom in the price and 2026 will deliver a rerate via one or more of our assets. Time will tell.

Agreed jam rock, buybacks are very interesting indeed an a reduction of the free float. If one also thinks the risk reward is appealing they have to join the party before an RTO, because if that is happening the shares will be suspended and only open higher if the deal is accretive. Time will tell but the cash vs valuation looks very interesting DYOR

Made money before on GEO and have now bought in again.

Raised in December at 0.18p and we have now the opportunity to enter lower.

The net proceeds of the Fundraise will be applied towards ongoing and planned exploration activities at the Gorge Project, funding a follow-on drilling campaign at the Juno Project anticipated in early 2026, providing sufficient working capital to support the Company's expanding operational and corporate requirements, and capitalising on opportunities at PEL 94 (Namibia), including potential farm-out and related transaction costs, particularly in light of increased industry activity in Namibia.

As mentioned before, I bought that 200,000 and will stop here. In my opinion any cash shell could go either way depending on the deal they get involved with and the terms. What I like is that the cash held is above mcap which is something which rarely happens. If no deal is found they could distribute the cash and wind down the company but that's unlikely in my mind as management usually staying involved and get compensated for it. If they execute an acquisition, say an RTO we will probably see the shares suspended until the deal has been approved. In essence a high risk investment which a similar high upside potential. Time will tell. Enough from me because anything else would be a pure guessing game DYOR

Was my initial investment here. Been looking at the company for a while since asset disposal and in my mind it's too cheap as a cash shell ie around £4.4mio MCAP vs cash post sale of £5.7mio. Usually cash shells trade at a premium to cash and here you have the opposite. Add the fact that the Chairman is buying at 8.5p and the company executes some buybacks at 8p. Time will tell and DYOR

Clearly the long awaited Hussar approval has now finally allowed for the raise and debt financing at preferential terms, the news from today for off takes, what I’m not fully clear is where we are re costs to re enter Hussar, but guess also that aspects will be covered soon. In any case it finally looks as if 5p is the base which will be soon forgotten with excitement growing

Personally think that this could be a turning point, £1mio debt facility with no interest and first £300,000 drawn and converted at 8p !

Funds raised to further grow subnet and increase no doubt daily revenue generation which is starting to become meaningful

I start to have a feeling that with Juno we are at a much earlier stage than I expected, hence the addition of the Gorge project and that’s probably why information on Gorge for whatever reason was added to the Juno RNS this morning. In respect of the farm out, we have been waiting for a very long time and nobody really knows when a deal will be completed. I have reduced my position as even now it’s still a binary play and very much a waiting and guessing game. DYOR

All gone according to plan which is great. Interesting that they have included all the detailed information from previous unsystematic and basic drilling, probably to confirm that even that found gold at surface. Let’s wait and see, but they still seem confident.

Wasn’t expecting such pullback but as seen before this is the time to accumulate or buy new positions, as it’s trading in this range for now towards 7-8p until either significant news come out at corporate level or Bitcoin continues in its medium term uptrend DYOR
