Correct Oberon have sold 2.5mio shs as at 8 August (see link to RNS below), they might have reduced more since. And when retail sell the institutions will buy back in for the next move upwards and small investors sold at the worst time as usual

Agreed Bullishbearish, the Crux interview is very interesting and even more so when you reference it to the presentation on their website. Agreed TrekMadone, as with most small cap companies warrants and options are commonplace these days. I had a look at the Admission document and primarily David Minchin and Bo Sears have share options exercisable any time following vesting until the tenth anniversary of grant date. The interesting part is the vesting criteria ie a third vest when the share price is above 20p for 20 consecutive days, the second third when the price is above 30p for 20 consecutive days and the last third when the price is above 40p for 20 consecutive days; great sign of confidence and incentive to make HEX a success.

NewBoF who knows it could be Oberon selling some or Premier Miton or Adele or many other investors. The Oberon position is made up by multiple underlying clients advisory, execution only some institutional or professional and others normal investors, I have some Hex via Oberon and I’m not selling any. I think it’s some profit taking plus some selling ahead of GEX listing on the 30th. GEX has a lower Mcap but are not drilling until December. Some money will flow back here as we are drilling any day and have multiple targets, the first of the Amsten and the historic close Hilliston 1 well found 195 feet of non flammable gas in that formation alone ! And that no doubt means that a deal will now be signed, there will be some debate about the price no doubt, but they want our oil and we the money, all parties ultimately win. Clearly there was no point in signing anything until the land issue was resolved and that’s now taken care of. If you held till now this is definitely NOT the time to sell, rather buy. Dyor

If you look at the chart this area is usually a support and the shares have bounced higher from here multiple times. I think it's some profit taking in a trend upwards and we will soon hit oversold levels. The key thing is that at long, very long last the Heron-1 Completion operations have started and we are funded and have an incredibly active newsflow period ahead with completion and production from Heron 1, Gobi Bear 1 and the Heron 2 development well. We haven't been in this position for years! Add or buy if you can and wait patiently is my take.

Maybe a larger sell order is being worked, in any case in my mind this is just a pullback in the uptrend, not selling any, actually doing the opposite

Very smart to keep investors updated with this newsletter, by saying drilling only weeks away means that the mid July grouse season restrictions are over in Montana and that they are now getting ready with drill site and drill rig. My guess is that we will move higher now that we have formal confirmation that drilling is indeed around the corner, probably last chance to buy in the mid 20s DYOR

I’m one of the original CYK shareholders and remain of the idea that CYK is an incredibly interesting proposition in the AI sector with great upside potential from such low Mcap. RTO completion allows listing in more liquid main market which will attract further interest. Time will tell but the potential for CYK is significant if they deliver as planned. Dyor
