Present, and prospective, NTVO holders need to look at this as a new company with new assets, which is what I did taking up shares in this raise. I will only post from time to time. I have been investing for 30 years (see on X @Stefano_shares) and the key aspect is MCAP and where it can go from here, the amount of shares is irrelevant. Post raise the amount of shares in issue x a share price of 0.0025p derives a £1.53mio MCAP, of which £486,000 is the cash raised which will be used on the Peru assets etc. It's usually difficult these day to get a company with such small MCAP listed on the LSE and therefore often a shell is used, as already listed, like in the case of NTVO. Next question is where can the MCAP go from here. Others have posted financial projections of what the current assets could generate revenue wise in a low/medium/high success case, which implies a potential significant MCAP uplift if they deliver on their stated strategy. I suggest new investors look at earlier RNSs both for NTVO and ECHO, going back also for example into the ones for ECHO dated 1 July 2024 which contain details of the 'Tesoro Early Cash Flow generation'. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the lowest raise prior to this round was announced on 31 July 2024 ie £418k raised at 0.0025p with wts at double 0.005p, so it could be that most of those 0.0025p shares have already been flipped and those holders will wait at least to see a price above 0.005p. Christian Yates has bought approx 241mio shs on 2 August at 0.0041p ! On 29 August current and former directors and consultants took salaries and fees at 0.0033p. The above confirms that 0.0025p is the bottom entry level and that key directors are incentivised to make this a success. There will be the usual churn post raise, but I envisage the share price moving up from these levels over the next weeks and months as we will have plenty of news. Nobody knows if and how they will deliver on the strategy, but at least there is a plan, which seems sensible with early cash generation, especially in a gold friendly backdrop. Some will pick this up as a cheap gold play and interest will grow. We all know this is a high risk high return play and I have invested with a short/medium timeframe and will re-asses in a few months time depending on newsflow. DYOR
