In Dec 19 / Jan 20 both Capita and Serco were circa £1.60

Serco now £1.85 ish - Capita 30p

Lots of catching up to do for Capita and lots of reasons imo that the gap can be closed up

Exciting times

As we hopefully close in on and pass 30p it’s worth remembering:

Back in Jan 2020 this was over £1

CEO recently advised he expects this to go back over £1

Debt is being reduced and free cash generated

We are retaining 96% of existing customers and old ones are returning

Turnaround complete

Forced selling from dropping out of FTSE 250
could reverse on forced BUYing if / when we re-enter (IIs that track the index)

Outsourcing sector is more buoyant

Lots of other positives

Well AM we’ve listened to your going to drop soon predictions- all the way from 20p to the cusp of 30p - I mean, even a broken clock is right twice a day ; )

Think could be real chance of 30p plus next week

Lols AM - all your daily sp predictions were not only completely wrong, but you failed to even get the direction of travel right - no credibility

NoFear - investment decisions should be based purely on research imo

The company have stated they are on track to meet this year’s targets- the CEO says he believes the sp will be back over circa 97p in a year or so

Upto peeps to make their own investment decisions based on this knowledge and other updates

Hi AM - the trade was clearly a delayed trade from earlier- even someone with a very basic grasp of how this works knows that

Given the sp rose during the day it was more likely it was a BUY then a sell - much more likely imo

Bounced strongly off 28p, as always, every dip bought into

All eyes on 30p’s now imo

Well 30p + soon imo

I mean, someone says neutral and quotes current price- means don’t care - see how it plays out - we’ve not looked at this in ages - but should probably update for good housekeeping

Agree - they are just being lazy, neutral stance, so therefore current sp.

Peel Hunt raised Capita in their review a few weeks back from hold to BUY

I agree 50p before was a tough nut to crack but before we were a falling knife to a degree and had not proven that we could achieve disposals / turnaround etc etc

Now we are on a solid upwards trend and the wind is returning to our sails

I think the turnaround improvements will push us up to 50p and then you get forced BUYing from IIs that track the FTSE 250 as we re-enter that I hope should push us back to the 97p and beyond- which is the view also shared by our CEO recently

That’s my opinion from what I’ve seen- let’s see
