Should break 30p soon imo

I saw Peel Hunt upgraded their Capita recommendation from hold to BUY in June

Barclay’s have an overweight recommendation

RBC have an outperform recommendation

Most have a fair value sp of around 50p

As noted earlier if we re-enter the FTSE 250 - which looks likely to me - I believe 50p should get blown out of the water

Our CEO thinks over 97p for his target

I think 50p and below was pricing in potential failure- it’s pretty nailed on now that’s not going to happen imo - so for me 50p is the start line and everything over 50p is demonstrating the company’s heading in the right direction

Given our 96% customer retention rate and old customers returning I think we have already started to demonstrate the added value

I wouldn’t set your sights so low - 50p only takes this out of the zone from when there was a risk of failure imo - my sights are set on 50p initially as the turnaround is now completed and over £1 in the next 12 months or so - even Capita CEO stated in the recent interview with him that he expects this to be back over, 97p i think, in the not too distant future

Another strong day

Imo there’s IIs loading up here who understand the value of these shares and where the share price is heading and they mop up every drop

Fishing for shares imo

Imo 50p plus just takes this back to being recognised as the going concern it clearly is

50p does not imo price in:

Clearance of debt
Re-entry of FTSE 250
Dividends restarting
Improving profits and revenues

That’s why I see 50p plus as a starting point - not an end point

Imo it’s clear that Capita was priced to fail, but after a successful turnaround and disposals programme will not imo fail, in fact the recent trading update confirmed that Capita is on target to succeed with the targets it had set out to achieve this year

As such there is a gap between current sp and 50p plus which related to concerns on being a going concern, which are imo no longer relevant

As such I’m hoping this could rerate above 50p quite quickly

The fact the outsourcing sector is also buoyant is a bonus

Sounds like you’re already questioning your decision imo - trying to convince yourself and us you did the right thing.

Obviously most of us here and expecting this to multi bag, then reintroduce dividends and do share BUY backs

So if you’re happy with a few pence rise, that’s fine, good for you.

My guess is we’ll be waving goodbye to the 20’s soon

If this has been held back whilst IIs fill their boots then this could suddenly move up quicker than some expected imo

I guess there’s maybe a small window of opportunity to buy or top up under 30p imo

But this tends to go up when the Dow goes down- as we know - so could see a push up to 28p tomorrow
