So what will IIs be looking for on Friday?

They will want to see progress that Capita’s a growing going concern

They already know there will probably be a slight dip in profit and maybe revenues because we’ve been told that

But, that won’t imo bother them. They will want to see that the turnaround is succeeding, that we have been winning and renewing contracts and we are focusing on customer satisfaction- because that brings more renewals and recommendations

They will look at investment in areas like AI because if we will be adding to our base and competing with the big professional services companies such as Accenture, Deloitte Digital and Infosys that’s a serious step up - think p/e over 20’s compared to current p/e of 2

They will look at whether we have clear focus of objectives - because we have shown under our new management- if we have focus- we CAN now deliver

That’s what I’ll be looking at

So, for a share I think could be £1.30 plus in 12 to 18 months followed by dividends- which within 3 - 5 years could be similar to today’s sp I’m thinking as my personal strategy:

Dip - BUY

Increase in price- BUY

Obviously investment is personal opinion which should be based on solid research

But unless something materially changes to make be believe this is no longer a great recovery opportunity that’s where my research has lead me in my personal investment choice

Well what a mix we have on here !

You have posters like AM who get giddy when the sp drops half a pence (even though that’s usually followed by a bigger rise)

Some fret that 30p takes a few attempts to crack (even though we’ve had same situation at lower levels before moving up)

Some want 80p this week - lols

But it makes for a lively BB

I’m a forever hold - multi bag, dividends (say in 18 months) - I want it all - and i’m happy to sit and wait while all that plays out

And get highly entertained while I wait !!

I think that’s sensible

They have given themes the opinion of BUY backs - but they want to clear all debt first

It often bounces around a bit of resistance before smashing through

Well- imo don’t be so hasty !!

For me, I see 50p only as the starting line

This was priced for the company to fail

That’s no longer the case imo

Capita has transformed the way it does business by launching an experience division and a portfolio business, both of which have experienced significant growth recently.

The two divisions are part of its consulting business, which puts it in competition with the big four accounting firms.
