The Outsourcing area is growing as we know from RNSs from rivals such as Serco- whose sp is also up today

Looking forward to updates on Pay365 sale which imo will accelerate debt reduction, dividends and share BUY backs

Then we can look to close the gap on Serco £1.80 sp as they have already benefited from these since Jan 2020 when ours and Serco sp were very similar

JG - I think dividends will start here 3- 5p as you say

Also the sp after dividends and share BUY backs could go to the £1 to £1.50 range- that’s huge sp growth- can you say that about Aviva - the only one on your list I think are good purely for dividends

TW - I think profits will shrink as will dividends

ITV - don’t know really- but I think sp will drop

We have lots of sp growth triggers with inflation clauses- also dividends may start low but could grow significantly

Good short term and long term opportunities imo

I guess AMs reluctance is linked to the fact Capita usually does well when the US struggles - that’s been proven here before many times

The US dropped because of inflation concerns

We have considerable in built inflation protection

Makes Capita an attractive option

Yes I’d also read we are being positioned for lots more high value contracts- moving into a space where our peers have p/e’s of well over 20 ( as compared to our current p/e of 2)

That’s why this is such an exciting and unique opportunity at current price

The Pay365 sale is already well advanced and is a big deal imo and very worth posting about given the massive impact I believe it and other factors combined will now have

Our CEO said it’s shareholders time to be rewarded for our patience

I think that Pay365 is being sold so between that and non core business debt will be massively reduced by year end and that combined with free cash and growing profits would allow dividends and share BUY backs to be accelerated from current expectations

Pay360 sale is to accelerate share price imo by:

Paying down significant debt earlier than market expected

Acceleration of dividends and share BUY backs

Proving up significantly higher mcap

A day closer to news on bidding war

Pay360 sale allows debt to be paid down more rapidly than we had expected

That in turn opens the door to dividends and share BUY backs earlier than the markets had expected

That in turn could significantly boost the share price earlier than expected

Which opens up return to FTSE 250 earlier too

Forced BUYing from IIs that track the index kicks in

The above accelerated timeline fits with our recent CEO prediction of share price back to or over £1 in 12 to 18 months
