I think there is a great opportunity here

we know we are transitioning from a difficult period - hence the sp is where it is and still reflects all the past issues- that’s what makes this a really exciting opportunity- it’s still priced to fail but results have shown we are making really good progress imo

My interest is not where we were - but where we are headed - markets are forward looking

these issues should start to disappear in the rear view mirror based on growing underlying revenues and profits which are also weighted to H2

next year debt should be substantially reduced

dividends and share BUY backs can come into play once debt is reduced

we are looking to enter high value AI driven contracts

If the sp already took account of all of these already then my interest would be less

I’m invested with all these factors in play but not imo reflected in the sp

You also posted the price would drop from 20p - it rose to 30p

So your narrative has not played out

Yes trading is thin at present so we’re getting a degree of drift- but that’s not unusual- nothing moves in a straight line

As far as I can see the company is making good progress and my confidence remains fully intact

I think this is a great opportunity

I’m not fretting over daily movements- my view is long term

I am very confident here - as I have said many times this is a forever hold for me and I’m confident in our future - I’m not sat here fretting over what the sp is day to day - I don’t trade this - my timescales not daily movements

Bidding war to enable Capita to bring dividends and share BUY backs forward- that would be an interesting headline

That’s why doing research is key - as noted below Pre-IFRS 16 net financial debt1 is £289.3m

AM - I don’t think that there is a direct link between US market and Capita - I’ve said that many times

But - being massively undervalued with a looming bidding war - that’s rocket fuel
